  • EGGLESS LEMON CURD
    Eggless lemon curd is used in many desserts and you can use it in your toast or cracker.
    Ingredients
    3/4 Cup- Sugar
    1/2 Cup Lemon Juice
    2 Tsp- Lemon Zest
    2 Tbsp- Cornflour
    2 Tbsp- Water
    1 Tsp- Turmeric Powder
    1/2 Cup- Butter
    1/2 Cup- Condensed Milk
    Direction
    • Take a pan add sugar, lemon juice, and lemon zest, mix them, and put the pot on the stove over low heat.
    • Then add cornflour, water, and turmeric powder and cook over low heat till the mixture thickens to the consistency of custard.
    • Stir in the butter and condensed milk until it turns into a smooth mixture. Make sure while add condensed milk, turn off the stove. Transfer to a jar and refrigerate it. It can stay in the refrigerator for 1 week.
