VEGGIE PANEER PIE | SLURP RECIPES
Veggie paneer pie is an absolutely yummy combination of veggies and paneer (Indian cheese)
Ingredients
3 Tbsp- Oil
2 Onion, Finally Chopped
3/4 Cup- Mixed Veggie
1 Cup- Grated Paneer
2 Sheets Puff Pastry
1 tsp- Garam Masala
1 Tsp- Chili Powder
1/2 Tsp- Turmeric Powder
1 Tsp- Raw Mango Powder
Salt according to taste
Milk for brushing
Direction
• Take a pan, add oil Once the oil is hot add onion and mix veggies. Sauté them all together.
• Add the spices, Red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, salt, raw mango powder and mix them all well.
• Then add the grated paneer and mix them all well. Now keep it aside to cool down.
• Take a puff pastry sheet (frozen), then place the pie mold oven it, and cut ...
