I am a former soldier and a LEO, so I've taken that oath to the Constitution twice. If the American warfighters and LEOs will actually stand with the American people and keep the oaths we took to uphold and defend the Constitution, then no tyrant, traitor, or Deep State element will ever be able to overcome and enslave us. This is currently a legal battle mostly involving words, but given the fact that many elements of the current regime are willing to just ignore the Constitution and blatantly violate the law, it seems to me that it is unlikely to remain that way. The only thing holding back hard tyranny in America is the 2A. Lose it, or compromise on it, or be unwilling to go to the wall for it, and you'll see what happens to effectively disarmed people.
Sad thing is we have seen over Covid agencies and many Leo’s are those enforcing for the tyrants and had no issues with violating our rights without question all Bc they were told to. I’m a gun owner (3 AR’S and 7 semi-auto pistols) and I’m a staunch 2A advocate and I’m all for raising the age limit to at least 21 to own personal firearms (not “use” with supervision but to OWN/Purchase) UNLESS, they are in the military or married/heads of household or in the police/academy or one of the military academies, etc.
I took the oath when i was 22 years old.. Here at 57 i will still honor that oath. I had a discussion with my family and told them i will fight, and die for our country. To leave a country worth living in for the next generation.
