Don't understand the dislikes. The proof is in the pudding. Mike had hit 515 yards in a regular play when the clubs were not engineered as well as today. Unless you are as good as him, you have no right to dislike. I paid thousands of dollars on lessons through the years but these videos are amazing. He has deep knowledge of anatomy and kinesiology, even talking of scapular movements as a lever!! Masterclass. Thank you for sharing.
This is the best instruction I’ve ever experienced hands down. I haven’t been playing golf that long but I’m beyond appreciative of finding this man. The manner in which he explains the swing is what I’ve been looking for. Omg, I’m going to study these videos over and over and over again. No one, I mean no one has helped me like this man. Old school, simple but through instruction., not 100 different ways. One way, which is the right way. You guys are great. Thank you so much.
The Mike Austin swing is, without a doubt, the most simplistic method to understand and implement. Starting a swing change can be confusing but if you start a swing change from repetitive 1/8th thru to 1/2 swing drills, then the Austin swing becomes naturally easy and, without any pain to your lower back or the body as a whole. Tiger once said, “Hogan & Moe Norman owned their swings.” Tiger should add Mike Austin and make it a trio who “owned” their self-built golf swings.
After a lot of frustration I have finally felt the swing you teach and can’t wait for spring so I can see what distance I can get. Hitting into a net in my garage over the winter is really helping but quite eager to see the ball fly Compressing the golf ball is such an awesome feeling the guys at the course won’t believe my improvement this coming season Thanks for the great videos
It works given me another 30yrds still playing single figures at 68 years with a knee replacement and 10 years off meanwhile. No back problems with this swing and no efforts.
I’ve spent all my golfing life trying to get a good backswing. I saw a Mike Austin video and left hip and left shoulder ‘down’ together fixed everything. Now for the downswing 😬.

Yes if anything you need to be open to new ideas so gain the knowledge and diff philosophies.
It’s like hitting a 850 yard drive today

One of golf greats 👍
Looks like Arvin, Cal. Where there’s many ski lakes nearby.
The man Knows what he’s talking about, there’s all kinds of ways to swing a golf club. This is his way.
thought this was sevam same exact body
Great stuff, Is this the old hand action?
This is the ONLY hand action sir.
@@Inmotion70 I thought he opened the pickle can with the left hand 😒 but in fact it's with the right .... Can you confirm?
