      Yep. He also will need knee surgery soon too. So knowing his body’s condition, he’s moving so well!

    I wanted to learn Savate SO BAD when I was a kid but now Im old and not flexible enough for that 😂

      It's never to late. You can still use low and middle lines, which are very effective.

      @brrrrap3568 Thanks man. I used to be pretty flexible for a big guy but I think work really made me tense and stiffed up. I dont think there even is a Savate club in Seattle, I'd at least try that would be so awesome!

      Yep. That's to come. You see my capoeira habits here. Not a fan of that. It caused me to turn my back to try to circle around him. But full commentary with more stuff to come.
