I love the idea of hanging an exterior rug on the wall! I would have never thought of that and it looks so good. It really helps transform the place. Also, those planters are GORGEOUS. Overall, I love the makeover. Your hard work really paid off!!
Dalia, your channel is an inspiration. And to top it all you do all of this in front of a camera with next to nothing in the way of make up. You are a natural beauty with amazing talent. I wish there had been RUclips back in 1982 when I bought my first house that could show me women can do all this stuff. I had to work it the hard way from book in the local library and visits to hardware stores that were in those days staffed mostly by men. Good job I was no shrinking violet, I just strode in with my list in hand and got to work. Keep up the good work showing us that DIY is easy and fun.

What a great make-over! 😍 Love every aspect of it, except perhaps for the faux plants. But that's a really minor thing, that doesn't take away from the serene cosiness and is definitely easier to maintain. My absolute favourite is the outdoor kitchen/BBQ base, and the rug as a backdrop is a brilliant idea. - As is building the railing/privacy screen to fit the actual safety railing. Hope the two of you get lots of time to enjoy your beautiful balcony and have many a barbeque.

I love this makeover. I don’t know if it would be too much of a pain but I think one thing that would take it over the top is a piece of wood along the top of the railing. A sort of ledge/top. Love how the counter turned out.

Beautiful!! Such ingenuity! Love the planter boxes! Need to find her in USA. Thinking maybe put up a bamboo curtain/shade by the kitchenette (genius! Looks fab!!); that way blocks out the building and the sun. Plus!! Adds a bit of texture & design.
I like it! Although, I would convert the plant boxes to hang off the outside of the railing just to free up the floor space on such a small balcony. ProTip: as time goes by and dust collects on your greenery, they can totally be run through the dishwasher in its top rack. Thanks for all you do, I learn so much.
hehehe, i have green grass on my balcony too, it really does bring in the outdoors, i love it......i gave mine a good vaccum and it bounces back easily after that, no maintenance which i love

You could also turn the smaller rectangle or the round planter into a fountain... as long as there's no open holes, you're good to go.🌞
