That was the hardest but best round of breath work. I could have gone way longer on the last retention. I wish I could do this all day. It seems challenging and imitating at first, but once you hit about round 4 you fall into the flow and you want to finish all 9 rounds. Definitely advanced stuff. You my friend are a miracle worker. Doing the work of the creator 💪🙌

So by the end of the video my hands felt like they were vibrating in a good way I don’t know how to explain it and then I decided to put the back of my knuckles to rub my eyes and I usually see a little geo metric patters when I do, but this time they were more vivid and real and I just decided to leave my knuckle there for longer without hurting my eyes and I started seeing really vivid shapes and patters starting to spiral and appear, very trippy

This helped with my anxiety. This morning I woke up filled with grief and anxiety because I was living in my future and past. I also woke up this way because I needed to go through some emotions. I've simply been having some good experiences using 'AUM' (Aaah Ooooh and Mmmm) to assist in breaking up the psychic (the psyche being the 37 trillion cells of the body pretending to be a single organism) congestion within my own system. My focus has been on using the sound to "massage" the soft tissue between the sutures of my skull plates for instance, and am fairly sure I'm on the right track toward correcting my vision (myopia). Again, I don't know why I felt the urge to bring it up but I think it could provide benefit to you and your students.

Personally I found this to greatly help while doing mushrooms if you are experiencing a bad trip, doing this I made it half way through I am starting to sweat intensely, first time I have ever focused on breathing through my nose and mouth at the same time, definitely going to try this more often

No, Only during exercise. The rest of the day should aim to be the exact opposite. Meaning long and slow breathing through the nose only. That would be Yin Breathing. Alkaline Breathing is strong Yang breathing.

Does this affect anybody else's eyes? Right after doing this my vision was almost blurry and I could not read the comments. My pupils are staying very small. It's been 15 minutes and they are getting better but still not normal.
It's not unusual to have some visual effects after intense breathwork, like blurriness or changes in pupil size. This can happen because of the increased oxygen levels and the shifts in your nervous system. Usually, these effects are temporary and should resolve as your body returns to its baseline. If it keeps happening or if you're concerned, it might be a good idea to slow down a bit during the session and see how your body responds. Always prioritize your comfort and safety! 👁️✨

I am laughing endlessly as I speak. I was having a bit of a brain fatigue, just searching up online who the ''godhead goddess'' is (for context: I am a heretical Hindu, who believes in nirguna and sarguna Brahman, accompanied by some sort of goddess that gave birth not just to creation, but also all gods, but I don't know who She exactly is. No, I am not Shakta). Although this video didn't help me discover who She is, it has helped me calm down and become very aware of small details, like the texture of my blanket. I feel so at ease... I’ve done this 4 nights before bed now, but when the video ends and I still feel light and vibrations kind of, should I carry on breathing normally and stay still? Also how long does it take usually to get yourself out of your body
I'm having a Mandela Effect moment here. I have listened to this brilliant session about 3 times a week for nearly a year , right at the end when the reading stops the music always continued on for about a minute before ending. A couple of weeks ago the session started ending immediately after the reading stopped. I'm confused.

I got headache after this but after the headache subsided i felt amazing. Can anyone tell me why i got headache? I am an irregular meditator and did my 1st breathwork of 3 rounds. Today i did 7 rounds. But yesterday i didnt get any headache
13-Feb-2021 #morning_breathing. My important little selfie has sth to say. It seemed to me like this was patched quite randomly as at times I'd be full of air and you'd say, take a deeeep breath. I had a difficulty to concentrate. Aaand back to I. I tried the buteyko slow breath yesterday and was able to be mind quiet most of the time and the excercise felt better for me. I realized that power /fast breathing is like gym excercise instead of callosthenics. I can totally see the benefit but feels inefficient. Thank you so much for keeping uploading and trying new stuff ❤️🙏
I’ve been using these videos 2-3 times a day and has been one of the few things to keep me in line without having access to plant medicines. Ayahuasca has always been my savior but I am in a time and place where I am far from the jungle and do not have the financial resources for other therapies so thank you kindly for your work and service that can reach to those far and wide who may be in difficult times 🙏

I have a question and i cant find a straight answet anywhere is it actually possible to trip by doing this and is it actually like dmt?
DMT breathing offers identical glimpse of was Smoking DMT does. This is for 1-10 seconds rather than a full DMT trip.

I’ve done this 4 nights before bed now, but when the video ends and I still feel light and vibrations kind of, should I carry on breathing normally and stay still? Also how long does it take usually to get yourself out of your body
I'm having a Mandela Effect moment here. I have listened to this brilliant session about 3 times a week for nearly a year , right at the end when the reading stops the music always continued on for about a minute before ending. A couple of weeks ago the session started ending immediately after the reading stopped. I'm confused.

@@BreathworkBeats well, its kind of awesome in one way , but it is disappointing / annoying that it now cuts out so abruptly after the last word spoken. does it now do that when you listen to it ? or is it something only at my end ? i would like to get it back how it was originally .

I got headache after this but after the headache subsided i felt amazing. Can anyone tell me why i got headache? I am an irregular meditator and did my 1st breathwork of 3 rounds. Today i did 7 rounds. But yesterday i didnt get any headache

13-Feb-2021 #morning_breathing. My important little selfie has sth to say. It seemed to me like this was patched quite randomly as at times I'd be full of air and you'd say, take a deeeep breath.
I had a difficulty to concentrate.
Aaand back to I. I tried the buteyko slow breath yesterday and was able to be mind quiet most of the time and the excercise felt better for me.
I realized that power /fast breathing is like gym excercise instead of callosthenics. I can totally see the benefit but feels inefficient.

I’ve been using these videos 2-3 times a day and has been one of the few things to keep me in line without having access to plant medicines. Ayahuasca has always been my savior but I am in a time and place where I am far from the jungle and do not have the financial resources for other therapies so thank you kindly for your work and service that can reach to those far and wide who may be in difficult times 🙏
