I like how you consistently talk about the same rules of bodybuilding with no BS!! I get why so many fitness influencers talk about new fads since thats exactly what everyone wants to listen: “the shortcuts to fitness”, but you stick to the right way!!
What’s been helpful for me to losing weight is eating breakfast and lunch and then drinking water throughout the day. In the evening (on my way home from work) I walk for about 30-40 mins because it’s cooler out and I just feel at peace. Then at night if I skip dinner I find I’ve lost much more weight in the morning…I think there’s something to say about getting a good nights rest on an empty stomach. I’ve lost about ten pounds so far with this routine…I’m going to supplement coffee in lew of a breakfast and see if that takes me even further.
Same here smaller bkfast n lunch no dinner n some workout at night nothing crazy few push-ups n sit-ups some curls I've lost almost 30 lbs in few months
Going a little extreme there so you’re only going to have 1 meal a day by skipping both breakfast and dinner. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and definitely should not be skipped or just be drinking coffee. Yeah, you’re losing weight but it could be just water weight and muscle also. You want to lose fat and not muscle mass. Extreme dieting messes up your metabolism and you lose important muscle.
Not sure of peoples ages here, but I'm almost 42, tried all sorts, but I'd say stick to something, which is sustainable throughout life. Skipping food, only makes matters worse, later on. Make a list over the week, of what you eat, then make changes slowly. I find now I just lose muscle & water, if I skip food, but try to reduce carbs instead, not rely on my body weight, but how I look & feel.
getting up early and get your workout done is such a gamechanger. i get up 5 am, do my 1h workout, eat my breakfast and then go to work. i tried it the other way around and my work is so mental exhausting that i dont have the willpower anymore after 8-9h of work to do my workout. so get over your innere Schweinehund (lack of will power) and get up early. it really changes everything.
He speaks the truth. In the 90's, in my 20's, I was a gym rat. I look forward to going to work. Full of energy, there was a spring in my step. Now in my 50's, I'm lazy. Dread going to work, play computer games when I'm not at work.
MyFitnessPal changed my life. I had no idea how much I was overeating until I began tracking everything I ate throughout the day. All the little bites and snacks here and there really added up. Now I have a much better hold on what I'm eating and how much I'm eating.
It really is an eye opener. There were some things I was eating that I thought were healthy and lower calorie and quickly realized that THEY WERE ABSOLUTELY NOT.
At the moment the first thing i do in the mornings is smoking a joint and watching tv but only for half an hour then i go gym (6x a week). Im well used to the joints and get bored easily watching tv so i manage to keep the laziness in line. I also work afertwards
I joined Noom, they also strongly recommend weighing every morning and cut down on calorie intake. Also did OMD for 2 months, totally avoided Sugars and Carbohydrates and lost 20 lbs from 172 to 152 pounds. (I am 5ft and 8). Now I have no desire to have breakfast and lunch any more. I drink 13 glasses of water. My waist size got reduced from 37 to 33 inches. My cholesterol and A1cs were high and now perfect. My doctor couldn't believe by seeing me appearance wise and gave a pat on my back when he compared my blood work report. I am 65 years old and had to buy new clothes!
almost didn't get up to do my workouts this morning! I'm down 20lbs. It really does make a difference, the rest of my day feels a little better. Each day is a little better than the day before. If u are here u want change make it,, good job and good luck
Yeah that works for me as well. Wakeup work out resistance/cardio/swim have brunch then have afternoon tea so two solid meals then intermittent fast 5pm -10am making sure I stay hydrated. I am much stronger at night and prefer that. Only on the weekends do I work out mid morning when after a could of cups of coffee I am ready to go. I schedule my workouts. Alarm goes off. Don’t necessarily have my workouts figured out until just before I do them. My gym is at home so this is real easy to do. I suggest putting workouts into seconds pro. My favorite app of all time.
Let me tell you something!!! Never ever start your morning with coffee, but rather start it with a glass of water. do not harm your body/organism with short-term and rushing stuff, but rather trust the process and go for long-term goals. In order to lose weight, 3-4 times per week workout (2 hours +) and diet (decrease sugar, oil, fast food, bread) and try to eat veggies, fruits, and steamed food. I lost 10 kgs in 2 months just following this routine. Do not rush for the results, trust the process, eat your own prepared meal, and give yourself 4-6 months to see the real results. I bet, you will be so proud of yourself!!!
Thank you, Max! I've been using your workouts, diets, and, general advice for a while, but it's videos with details like this that help me keep my consistency in check. May the gym gods always smile upon you! Ha! 💪
Very good video, I have breakfast but weight myself every morning beforehand, then weight myself after dinner and if I have more kgs I go for a walk. I prefer taking my calories early in the day and having fewer snacks later so I can stay fit.
The last habit is the best one, wake up on time and immediately get the day started. I'm a perfectionist so if my morning isn't perfect, I decide to throw the rest of the day away
0:40 For those who experience the "crash" after drinking coffee, the best time to have caffeine in general will be closer to lunch time in order to avoid that. But not less than 10h before bedtime.
Yesssssss this is the thing I want to know I used to take tea at morning and reduce my appetite...I used to get hungry at 1 pm n 2 pm..but I don't know wheather it's save or not for fat loss back then because I take it with sugar.
Great job, good video. In fact this channel is my favorite and I take what you say seriously. That being said, in another video you said not to work out in the morning and now you said to work out in the morning. What's up?
This was very helpful! I have been trying to loose weight and I’m stuck in a plateau but watching these videos help me be motivated and get through this! Thanks for the help! Going to the gym right now!😤😤
Try intermittent fasting. Black coffee in the morning with cardio. Starting eating around 4 pm and weight train at 5pm . Get post workout meal and eat at 7 and 10pm. Then fast again. On cardio days, I don't eat. I fast and drink an electrolyte drink that I make with water mg, Na and K. I do 48hr fasts and weight train on carnivore/keto refeed days. Very heavy weight low reps. I haven't lost any strength and haven't noticed any muscle loss(because I had 50lbs of fat on me) and I don't worry about food all the time. The leaner I got the less fasting days I incorporated. I've learned portion control and I have the discipline of a Tibetan Monk b/c of. Fasting and carnivore have done wonders for my blood work, sleep ,mood, sex drive, heartburn and energy levels. I also can do math in my head a lot faster.
Thanks for these respective tips for me to start my daily routine extremely so actively and I have been your huge supporter for around two months since I have subscribed to your channel, good friend!!!LONG LIVE,GOOD FRIEND!!!🏋♂️
Glass of water , stretches and little 10 mins workouts like squats, pushups and some cardio is a good way to start the day and fasting from 10pm-2pm or 4pm or 6pm ;)
I am a 16 year old freshman in high school. What if you don’t have time to workout in the morning? But after school I’m too tired to workout in the nighttime. What do I do?
I love eating fruits and meat. I lost 15 lbs but have been stocked there for the longest. But I don’t believe I lost inches from my waist. I am measuring my waist just above my belly button but it stays the same. I am 49 yrs old and lately have been feeling very tired after workouts and recovery have been slowed. When I started about 5 months ago recovery was better.
my advice is to eat as slowly as possible. In fact, the feeling of fullness only arrives 15 minutes after you actually are full, so the slower you eat the less you will eat in those 15 minutes
My breakfast is 4 eggs, washed down with two cups of water with 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, a scoop of creatine, and a scoop of beet root powder.
Do you have any suggestions or could you do a video for people who work overnights, the effects on your body maybe some routines and supplements that you should use. It’s a rough life sleeping eating everything is backwards.
Turning on my TV and watching something or playing video games (especially) get me active immediately and keeps me from being lazy or make bad habits early in the morning entirely...
i dunno about skipping breakfast entirely but, i switched over to carbless breakfasts with just eggs, chicken sausage, milk, tomato and avocado and its yielded results. trying to compensate for the desk job
It really does suit my lifestyle to skip breakfast and have lunch at noon as my first meal in the day. But how does that impact the idea of having the workout routine in the early morning as well, considering I won't be having any protein for a couple hours? Isn't it better to workout later in the day while in a fed state?
Working out in a fasted state, and not feeding yourself immediately after, encourages exercise induced autophagy. That's a good thing. Of course, exercise is a good thing any time you do it. So I would exercise when it suits you, and eat when it suits you, because when your routine suits you, then you are more likely to follow through with it.
I agree what he says on everything except for weighing yourself daily it causes anxiety and stress especially if you are working and not seeing anything
I just started to go to the gym and I usually go in early morning so can i be taking pre workout and post workout dink in a same day? And when should i be taking them 2. Please i need help! Thank you so much
I wake up, brush me teeth, drink 1-2 glass water, get dressed then powerwalk to the bus. I have around 10-15 minutes to do this. Once home, its bed for me straight away, I need at least 5h sleep to work proper, and I get this if I go to bed directly. My schedule is ok, its just that my work is 5h travel daily.
Man I love your channel! The little animations and exaggerations throughout the video make me laugh. Also your vids are super educational. I will try your tips.
What I noticed is when i already seen my upper abs my mood usually goes to it's lowest point and when I go back to my normal diet, my abs usually disappear within 2-3 weeks which is much faster than the time spent on getting them back
Thanks for the nice presentation and the information it’s very helpful. Here’s what I know for sure. I am a commercial driver I don’t get very much exercise and I am overweight. This is what I’ve done to control my weight and seems to work very well. I eat one meal every day. I will drink a energy drink called Celsius in the morning hours when I start to get hungry which has 200 mg of natural caffeine and it’s the only energy drink that actually has a bunch of good stuff in it for you and no sugar. Throughout the day before I eat my one meal if I do get a little hungry I will drink some coconut water with no sugar in the ingredients. It also has some protein in it very much but a little bit. Then I will eat one complete meal and try not to overdo it and trust me that meal taste really good because I’ve been waiting all day to eat. Now I just wanna say that yes in the beginning it was very difficult but after a few days my body adapted and I have lost over 20 pounds in the last two months. That’s not bad and it’s probably the right pace for your body to lose weight.. I don’t eat sugar I don’t drink soda of any kind and I try to stay away from dairy. Although I will have some eggs and avocado and maybe a couple pieces of bacon and one pancake if I decide to eat breakfast for my one meal. But usually I will have a helping a broccoli and either rice or potato or piece of bread and then I’ll have some kind of protein either a steak or a chicken breast or a fish fillet. Sometimes I’ll have a salad with a little bit of salad dressing with my meal or I’ll have a bowl of soup. Sure, the calories I’m taking in are way lower than what my body requires but it forces my body to eat the fat storage that I have to get rid of and it’s working. When I eat my meal I also take some vitamin supplements to help balance out where I may have lost my nutritional intake if you know what I mean. It helps me balance things out basically. I’ll take a multivitamin for men I’ll take a zinc and then I’ll also take a potassium magnesium pill I’ll also take D3 with K2 and a B complex at night before I go to bed because it will naturally help you go to sleep that’s why I don’t take my B complex during the day. Just to let you know I have tried a lot of different so-called diets like keto or some guru trying to sell me some kind of exercise program along with his stupid little diet that doesn’t work. caloric reduction is the best way to do it. In the beginning it will be hard and you’ll feel lethargic but as time goes on just within a few days your body will adjust. Stay strong! Don’t give up! If you do this you will lose weight and just remember to take something like coconut water or an energy drink to help burn more fat through raising your metabolism. The caffeine will cause you to be a little bit more hungry but just remember eat that one meal in the afternoon that way you have nothing in your stomach when you go to bed. Drink lots of water in between. I weighed almost 275 pounds three months ago. I am down to 240 right now. I know in the next three months I will be down to my target weight of 210 pounds. If I can get my butt out of this truck I am going to start exercising . And once I start doing that I will definitely have to incorporate another meal or more caloric intake to help build lean muscle. Anyway that’s what works for me good luck to everyone!
MyFitnessPal is great, but those new huge pop up ads suck. And now pretty soon the bar code scanner is going to be a premium feature only. Anyone know of a great calorie counting app?? Something that’s easy to use
I always do a bowl a cereal and I use the milk for my protein shake!!! Now idk if this is a way to help me loose weight !!! I’m mainly just wanna lose this gut I have but still trying to be lean and gain more muscle ❤
Listening to this at 6.30am on my way to the gym drinking a home brewed coffee. I'd add that I weigh myself twice a day to see the high a AND low point and take the average. I chuck that data and make a graph showing my progress. This motivates me. It WILL zigzag its way down, just be patient. In the last 7 months I've lost around 40-45lb of mostly fat just by running every day.
Personally I start the day with a 50g protein shake (2 scoops of whey+water) and a protein bar. That’s about 70g of protein for 450 calories and I feel full for quite a while from that. Basically when I’m trying to cut body fat, I front load my meals and snacks with protein, so I naturally eat less fats and carbs after, thereby reducing my overall caloric intake
@@okipullup.. most grocery stores have it. It doesnt need to be protein powder though, it can be high protein foods like sirloin steak, chicken breast, ground turkey, Salmon, etc. the point is that protein dense foods (meaning most of the calories come from protein) tend to curb hunger the best.
I wake up at 8 eat at 8:30 and go to gym at 11 AM 5 days of week. I drink coffee before my workout but after workout my postworkout shake and lunch kinda coincide any tips?
I got a question. alright i'm 15 i've just started doing purely calisthenics workouts for about 11 days at home but i have no clue what to do for dieting. I want to start eating a lot better but all i've done is cut down on a lot of lollies and stuff with a lot of sugar in it. but i'm still a bit confused on what to eat ?
I have had the same body fat around my middle/love handles, and back for over 40 years...I've been working on my calorie deficit for and it seemed to work...body has slimmed down a little...not to enough to make any impact on the love handles. now MY arms are CRAzy thin..I've always had thin arms but now they are pencil thin... also My diet is mostly of lean protein about one gram to every pound I weigh. 145 at 5 10 work out a split body routine 6 days a week ..an hour a day. how do I get rid of the love handles and not lose any size in my arms

I am a 16 year old freshman in high school. What if you don’t have time to workout in the morning? But after school I’m too tired to workout in the nighttime. What do I do?
I wake up every morning on my phone and have a successful day! Nothing make you lazy but you
Very helpful video. Many thanks.
Please do another video like this because I wake up in the afternoon.
Great video! Motivation, Habit/Routine and Psychology are the key success in any pursuit!
My breakfast is 4 eggs, washed down with two cups of water with 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, a scoop of creatine, and a scoop of beet root powder.
Bruh! I absolutely love your videos.
Straight to the point video super good tips ,not like the other vids that go around the bush on how to loose weight.
9. Have your gym clothes always washed and ready! My main reason for skipping my morning workout is not having clean clothes!
I agree with all of this. This is thorough and sound
Excellent information as usual 😊
Fantastic video Max!
Don’t touch my breakfast man…don’t mind my lunch but never breakfast
@GravityTransformation What about the cream I add to my decaf coffee? I can't have it black.
This man is a blessing
😁these are good ideas and thank you. I love this channel❤.
Do you have any suggestions or could you do a video for people who work overnights, the effects on your body maybe some routines and supplements that you should use. It’s a rough life sleeping eating everything is backwards.
Drinking coffee in the morning Is part of my routine but it makes me hungry 😂
Thanks for the tip kinfolk 💪🏿💪🏿
Very Nice Bro! Get Good People!
Great idea posting this now thanks
Turning on my TV and watching something or playing video games (especially) get me active immediately and keeps me from being lazy or make bad habits early in the morning entirely...
i dunno about skipping breakfast entirely but, i switched over to carbless breakfasts with just eggs, chicken sausage, milk, tomato and avocado and its yielded results. trying to compensate for the desk job
Trick is walk 5km everyday. Aim for No sugar for every drinks. Leg raises, ankle taps, lifts (anything)
That’s exactly what i needed
I just started to go to the gym and I usually go in early morning so can i be taking pre workout and post workout dink in a same day? And when should i be taking them 2. Please i need help! Thank you so much
Great video Max! The disciplined moaning routines you outlined are essential to living a healthy life.
I try to incorporate at least 6 out of 8 in my daily morning routine.
Dang, you have it rough. I thought driving 75 miles, one way, to work is bad.
Man I love your channel! The little animations and exaggerations throughout the video make me laugh. Also your vids are super educational. I will try your tips.
What I noticed is when i already seen my upper abs my mood usually goes to it's lowest point and when I go back to my normal diet, my abs usually disappear within 2-3 weeks which is much faster than the time spent on getting them back
How can I adapt this to my schedule working 3rd shift?!!
This channel should be called "Gravity Transformation Religion". Everything he preaches is Truth.
thank you
Does it have to fried eggs or sunny side up, I only eat scrambled eggs
So this is my second video of yours and I’m definitely a follower now . Thanks 💪🏽 . Also you totally have a man crush on Brad Pitt. 😂😂😂❤
As usual, AMAZING 👏
This best video I watched i wish I could buy a program but I'm gonna hit do what I even until then thank you a lot
The hardest thing for me is to go to sleep early. I'm used to go to sleep around 2-3 a.m
MyFitnessPal is great, but those new huge pop up ads suck. And now pretty soon the bar code scanner is going to be a premium feature only. Anyone know of a great calorie counting app?? Something that’s easy to use
Eat and track
I always do a bowl a cereal and I use the milk for my protein shake!!! Now idk if this is a way to help me loose weight !!! I’m mainly just wanna lose this gut I have but still trying to be lean and gain more muscle ❤
I really can't do any workout before eating stuff, what should I do?
Listening to this at 6.30am on my way to the gym drinking a home brewed coffee. I'd add that I weigh myself twice a day to see the high a AND low point and take the average. I chuck that data and make a graph showing my progress. This motivates me. It WILL zigzag its way down, just be patient.
In the last 7 months I've lost around 40-45lb of mostly fat just by running every day.
Should I vacuum my belly to measure it?
Personally I start the day with a 50g protein shake (2 scoops of whey+water) and a protein bar. That’s about 70g of protein for 450 calories and I feel full for quite a while from that. Basically when I’m trying to cut body fat, I front load my meals and snacks with protein, so I naturally eat less fats and carbs after, thereby reducing my overall caloric intake
I gotta get some protein powder. Where can you get some?
@@okipullup.. most grocery stores have it. It doesnt need to be protein powder though, it can be high protein foods like sirloin steak, chicken breast, ground turkey, Salmon, etc. the point is that protein dense foods (meaning most of the calories come from protein) tend to curb hunger the best.
@@brennand933 yeah I know, but since I’m tall as fuck my protein goal is high so I’d like to have some but I’d only use it as a backup plan
@@okipullup.. protein goals are dependent on weight, not height.
@@brennand933 it’s both no? Being 5’6 and getting to 200 is different than being 6’3 tryna get to 200
I wake up at 8 eat at 8:30 and go to gym at 11 AM 5 days of week. I drink coffee before my workout but after workout my postworkout shake and lunch kinda coincide any tips?
Just eat breakfast if you are hungry, not just because everyone eats breakfast.
Having breakfast is a must job. Skipping it will cause acidity problem.
Unhinged makes 8:32 seem like Man "Cooper" actually knows what a GOOD day is.
Thanks 🤘🏽
I have had the same body fat around my middle/love handles, and back for over 40 years...I've been working on my calorie deficit for and it seemed to work...body has slimmed down a little...not to enough to make any impact on the love handles.
