I am skinny ..and sometimes do empty stomach workout at morning.. but it doesnt effect my energy..but i want to know working out empty (only water ) stomach will kill my muscle gain ? Plz rply

cant it be the case that ur workouts are apt and we dont have much stress but we are nt feeding our body properly with food and sleep due to which the recovery is nt proper?
Of course, recovery isn’t solely dependent on stress levels but other things like how good your diet, sleep etc are. And when I’m saying in the video “we need to make adjustments in other factors “ I’m talking about these things.
