You lucked out with the appliances being unloaded. I used to deliver windows to new construction and properties being renovated in downtown San Francisco and the Los Angeles area. I have waited half the day for the crew to arrive to unload me, then take the other half of the day to carry the windows to all corners of the complex. Not to mention down some streets that were not designed for 53' trailers. I don't miss those loads.
Nice to see the changes since I drove. Hit a bridge with 14 ft clearance and hit the overpass. Dot paved the road 8 inches and failed to notify proper people. Keep trucking

When I drop my trailer, i always dump my air first and then lower my gear all the way to the ground that way when i fill my bags back up i will lift the trailer right up which makes it easier to crank the gear up. a lot of drivers dont account for the load weight when raising and lowering the gear though.
Justin, for your city drivers and safety tip. Always set up your right trailer door with a few links of chain to the side of the trailer, so you can padlock your locking door open. This way you help lower your chances of getting locked in your trailer. To be more careful do both sides. You lose your pull up point in to the trailer, but are safer. Attach a carabiner to the load locks on the inside of the trailer and add a rope with knots to help climb up. As a friend, I am concerned about the Sandals, walking around on a job site and climbing up and down, in the cab. Seen guys fall of the tank steps with them brother. T's and P's to you and your loved ones, brother.
Hi George here after retiring from trucking i worked for major food company we had the same automatic truck wash it's mainly for company fleets where trucks can drive thru before making their run and company image shows having ,clean trucks
Just had the low RR underpass situation in July, on a State Road, no less. Turned around, and followed a locals directions, which lead me to another, lower underpass in some small Village. A road worker gave me directions to yet another low underpass, luckily I had a parking lot to turn around in. Finally found a contractor, who gave me directions where I drove OVER the same tracks, and came out 1 mile north of the original underpass. Big pain in the ass that was totally unecessary, if the GPS's were correct. I have to add I'm not a truck driver, but I pull a 42' fifth wheel RV that's 13'4" with the front A/C.
Congrats! 100,000 subscribers! Last week you were at 92,000, word is getting out! Love your video’s & drone shots. May the Lord continue to bless you & your beautiful family abundantly & continue to grant you traveling mercies!
You must have touchless car wash for 4 wheeler vehicles or the option but swirl marks can only be put in paint with high-speed buffing if you don’t know what you’re doing that with my forte for 25 years I owned 7 detail shops. I was the sole person in the area who a huge automobile museum would allow to high speed buff their vehicles, lotta work mega lots of work lol
Man, so nice coming out of the truck wash on a beautiful sunny day! I used to love cleaning my reefer myself. Loved the clean smell, ready for a load. Good video JT.

Currently furloughed due to the virus, have been watching your vids this afternoon. Four years as an o/o leased onto 2 different carriers and im finally running my own numbers as of next week. Seeing you made me ask myself what am i waiting for?
Hi mate, how's it going. Good on you for staying alert in regards to that "Low Bridge."And yes, you are right. Those stupid GPS's,and Google, wouldn't show you a low bridge, if it was too fall on you. A guy has to be on the alert every second he is driving a Tractor Trailer. Which is why driving them is so much more tiring, than driving the Family Station Wagon. So again good on you for staying on your toes. I'm happy that you got through the DOT inspection with flying colors, one less thing to worry about, at least for another 12mths. Keep on Truckin Justin, and God Bless you and your beautiful family. John.
Me personally I think sliding your tandems all the way to the back it's the worst thing to do. Especially if they're loading rolls of paper. Reason why I say that when they go inside your trailer to load the rules of paper you can see the cross beams for your floor joists Flex down words. This could cause damage to your floor joists
Yall do know why they make you slide em back right? You get how a fulcrum and a lever work right? With the wheels all the way back there is a way smaller chance of the tail of the trailer dropping causing injury to equipment and loader.... Trailers are made to flex.
Panthers Stadium is on other side of Tryon St. So if you would hang a right at the light and go straight through town you would of seen it on the right.

there is a train bridge back in my home town that gets hit 20+ times a year has signs going both ways before you turn onto the road and on the bridge but that does not stop anybody from hitting it
That drop in Charlotte NC is my normal local pick up. It's a tight spot to get in if there is another truck in a dock. And your truck will fit under a 13' bridge. I go under a 12'10" in a sleeper
Dude there’s nothing better than having to use low gear when dollying down the trailer because some one cranked it till they heard the air filling the bags up lol

You're sure right about problem-solving my dispatch pushes problem-solving on me all the time. After 20 years I just jump on it myself unless it takes a phone call then I kicked it back to him.
After watching some of your videos concerning truck washes, I noticed that this one was the only one where you didn't have to wait. That tells you something isn't quite right
I drive a semi for a company that rents out those big forklifts to construction companies. That’s the theme at job sites, nobody ever knows what’s going on lol their purchasing agents never communicate with the superintendents.

You're sure right about problem-solving my dispatch pushes problem-solving on me all the time. After 20 years I just jump on it myself unless it takes a phone call then I kicked it back to him.
I work at blue beacon and we can get a truck and trailer in and out in 15-20 mins
After watching some of your videos concerning truck washes, I noticed that this one was the only one where you didn't have to wait. That tells you something isn't quite right
Jajaja at least its not muddy.....been there done that.....brother
I drive a semi for a company that rents out those big forklifts to construction companies. That’s the theme at job sites, nobody ever knows what’s going on lol their purchasing agents never communicate with the superintendents.
Or no one knows where the keys to the forklift are I like that one
LoL , your son's doing there chores !! Looked like young one is trying to teach the older one how to do this chore !!
Lmao flip flops on the job site ouchhhh🤕🤕
Very nice. If your nice to others it gets you further. I might have to start watching your videos.
The Streakin Beacon has always been the best!
