you can use temperature 215, airflow 80 with quick 2008. I haven't had any problem with camera shaking after changing the lens
Maybe that refurbish solve the black spots problem on camera?.

Using alcohol is the best, safe for the camera
You got that right. No chemical should be allowed to get on sensor, only air blower.
