Just ordered some of these as my first set of IEMs, I play guitar as well but trying to find better ways of dailing in tones (currently using a set of Astro A10s gaming headphones...). Feel like Im not getting a good representation of what Im dialing in.
Hopefully these help and appreciate your review bud🤘🏽

Thanks for watching! The Shure's will be a night and day upgrade over the gaming headphones for sure! Since I shot this I've been spending all of my time in Wavs six driver ears and it's made me realize that the Shure's are def mid heavy. It's not a fair comparison of course, the Wavs are $700 and the Shure's are just over $100 so what you're getting will be a massive upgrade. I'd say, thinking long term dropping the money for a custom IEM with at least 4 drivers is the way to go eventually. Good luck!

These are hated? I loved my old shures. I got some sony earphones after it and they're crap... I wanna go back to shure

Yea, a lot of people don't like them (Adam Neely really hated on his). I think they're solid for what they cost but obviously as a $100 single driver headphone you're not going to get an accurate frequency response with them. Thanks for watching!

Earbuds keep sticking out of my ears... It's annoying as hell. Worst purchase I've made, to be honest, so I sticked with my Sony ExtraBass'.

It sounds like you might be wearing them in the wrong ears, there's a red and a blue dot on them. Red is for your right ear and blue is for the left. You might also want to experiment with different headphone tips since they're a generic universal fit. Good luck!
