Good deals. I like the single blade victorinox. And i agree, sometimes 1 blade is all you need. I don't think I've ever used more than 1 blade at a time.
That's what I thought that sheath came with it. I enjoy watching videos going to antique stores. You might want to try pawn shops. & army surplus stores..
The Camillus Electrician's knife is not the government issue knife. The blades are carbon steel whereas the government issue are stainless steel. You can tell because the blades are tarnished (stainless won't do that) and the mid pn is brass whereas the stainless mid pin is nickel-silver.
You really need to know about what you are buying, research knives and learn about the many different types there are. The Kabar has a Tanto blade and worth about $50. The Victorinox knife is a floral single blade worth $20. Camillus electricians knife worth $15 Japanese knife is a Rambo knockoff worth about $20 Good luck
@@theodorehowe2262 Sir the last eBay comps say different. I’ll sell the Japanese made knife for at least 50. They are collectable and desirable. I’ve been reselling for 4 years, I can sell just about anything I set my mind to. Matter of fact I sold over a thousand bucks worth of knives in about a week and started a RUclips channel with limited knowledge, I’ll learn what I need to get by. Thanks for watching!
That screwdriver blade is definitely correct. The knife is commonly known as an electricians knife, but Ulster and Camillis made them for the military as TL-29. I have my Camillis TL-29 from Vietnam era and I have my dad's Ulster TL-29 from WWII. Mine has a composition handle and my dad's has a wood handle.
@@DrillerAA Awesome man, I found an old timer with Vietnam scribed on the bolsters,it was a great knife. I carried a Gerber Gator my last deployment and it served me well.
Yes you got a liner locking electricians knife, The Kabar is a run of the mill over the counter knife be lucky to get 50 bucks for it, The Victorinox folding knife is a collectable you should get 70 bucks for it
@@Kodiak_Edge I got $60 for the Japanese knife already, the Ka-bar Is listed for 70 and I have several watchers already. The floral knife is worth 20. Sell thru on eBay isin’t great on the victorinox.
We all start somewhere . Im 50 and still have a pakistan knive i got at 10 or 11 years old. Been collecting on and off my entire life. Last few years ive gotten knee deep into collecting knives and im stll learning. I mainly focus on vintage and antique american made and german knive. And a few sheffeld england knive. The oldest knive i got at a fleamarket that i can 100 percent date from the stamps on it was made between 1830 and 1838. Its my holy grail so far. Ive already taken it to 2 knive experts and they knew from the stamp also the date it was made. Just research online its not hard anymore to find makers marks from different countrys.
3 blade stockman for that Schrade Uncle Henry. Looks like it was used and abused. Muskrats have 2 identical clip blades on opposite sides. Eisenhowers have 2 identical pen knives on opposite sides. Buck made a muskrat trapper with a clip blade on one side and spey blade on the other. Theres also a Moose pattern which is bigger "trapper size" with different blade configurations on opposite sides. Welcome to the madness of traditional folding knives!! Hahaha
That German hand forged knife is the best knife you have out of all of them they are better made than Case knives! But the wild turkeys are made in Pakistan they arent worth much!
Watch his first video. I get the feeling he’s more of a reseller with a basic interest in knives and EDC. He’ll get there… Once the bug bites he might even become a collector himself. 😂 Until then I appreciate being taken along in the hunt.
I've collected for 35 years and if I was an electrician I might know what an electricians pocket knife is.
