Ray and Mark are legendary, and Ray is my favorite vocalist of all time, but few writer-composers are even close to the brilliance of Jim Matheos. Probably one of the most underrated songwriters and guitarists in the business.
Stranded is such an amazing song. Love the video to this. A-Z is an incredible new band and they absolutely deliver! Ray Alder and Mark Zonder together again. Mark’s drumming with Ray’s powerful vocals are just phenomenal and A-Z is pure magic!

I have long been a Fates Warning fan, and followed members other projects also. All of it is awesome. Theres something extra special here though this time. Thank you for continuing to give us such great music. Ray you are my favorite singer of all time!
This is honestly a really good album. I love the vocal melodies, the rock rhythms with slight progressive edge. The keyboards are super tasty, strong basslines and soaring guitars throughout and it's super tight. I didn't expect to enjoy this album as much as I have so far.
Once again, Ray Alder doesn't disappoint. Over the last few years he's become my favorite singer. I think his solo album was what really pushed him over the top for me. Zonder hasn't lost anything either. Good to see these two working together again. I'm not sure there's any bad blood, but I think Fates Warning needs Zonder back.
@@Zneiero just going through some comments. The drums were recorded in my studio and there are no samples or cutting to the grid. What you are hearing is what a great engineer Simone Mularoni can do with live acoustic drums. You probably have not heard this kind of sound on rock records for along time with all of the samples and cutting.
