PORK AND BAMBOO SHOOT CURRY BY BLUEBELL RECIPES

INGREDIENTS
1kg pork, cut into bite size pieces
2 tbsp of cooking oil
1 tsp of cumin seeds
3 small bay leaves
1 large onion, sliced
1 and 1/2 tbsp of ginger&garlic paste
200g of sour bamboo shoot, cut into bite size pieces
1 tsp of crushed coriander seeds
1/2 tsp of ground cumin
3/4 tsp of ground turmeric
1 tsp of meat masala (ready made )
1 and 1/2 tbsp of crushed red chillies
1 ghost chilli pepper
salt to taste
some chopped coriander leaves
