Fermented bamboo shoots: 2 tablespoons
(or add as per your requirement)
Dry red chilli: 9 nos.
Ginger: ½ inch
Cloves of garlic: 7 nos.
Sichuan pepper: 1 teaspoon
Salt: as per taste
Water for cooking: 3 glass of hot water/add as per requirement

Every time I buy ₹50 coupon to eat Naga food at Nagaland House Shillong those days 2k to 2k06. I miss Naga food from Laithumkrah Shillong. Use to go with mu BF Tali. Feeling nostalgic. Love from Garo Hills

they all have different taste even we the Khasi also knows some good cooking but the only difference is that we use cooking oil and naga people don't.

As all can see Naga never use masala n oil....all organic n fresh...we eat for health not for taste.....that's is the underlying factor of strong immune system...
Not only naga .. all the tribal people don't prefer masala and ofcourse other tribes are also don't add any oil when they cook pork...
Oil is already there in the meat.. y add extra??

I've got fernented bamboo from my Vietnamese friend today. This recipe look great, very simple. Only salt and dry pepper and sichuan perpercorn... ginger and garlic. I have all this in my kitchen, I'll try this tomorrow. I really excited to experience new cooking!! Thank you for sharing.
