THANK YOU u are the first i have seen. And i have looked. Who is demo THIS single barrel oem carb standard on certain huskys. Now if only you have a vid to clear the port to stop the surging. But THANK YOU VERY MUCH.
Good job removing and reinstalling the carburetor. You sped up the video so fast and didn’t explain anything. I was unable to see how that was being done.
After removing the bowl and gently lifting off the plasic float assembly I saw a tiny brass jet laying on the carb with an itty bitty o ring on the small end. I couldn't figure out where it's supposed to fit into. I think it is supposed to go down into the main stem of the plastic float assembly with the small end closest to the end of the plastic stem. It looks like the inside of the stem is tapered to receive the small end of the tiny brass jet and o ring and seat up against the end of the brass stem and orifice that the float assembly sides onto. I hope I guessed right.
How is the spring connected on the throttle arm? Mine came off and I am not sure how it hooks up. Also should the throttle arm swing pretty freely or should it be really tight?
That's what I have. I can't figure out how the linkage goes back, on the left rod as you face the carb. It's got a white plastic piece on it that I can't connect to the swinging "arm."

Can you please show how all three linkages are reinstalled? Thanks!
There are a lot of small springs that go with the linkage that you didn't show in the video

I'd like to know too, I could not see where, or how the spring on the right side of carb was hooked up. Does anybody know ?

It just snaps into that plastic part pretty sure.
Can you rebuild an Briggs and Stratton engine?
Fantastic
On mine the float and plastic part stayed on the bowl. Should it come off easily?
