Those of you with the lower trim models without the OEM footwell lights, you can add it on: amzn.to/429DJGS Link for the drill bit: amzn.to/3PuMtzC Drill machine: amzn.to/4j7NhIl #ad
Hey guys how you doing, I have a 14 odyssey exl im so bummed cause mine doesn’t have it either, but do you know if we can install a light on it? And if we could how can we do it, thanks
Wow !!!!! So I’ve owned a 2012 Elite for the past 10 years and will look for this nugget tonight!!! Any other mods you recommend I’ve done the VCM muzzler at 125k miles so hoping it gives me more smooth road trips to come !!! I bought a “19” pilot Elite and prefer to drive the fam in the Ody over the Pilot way more comfortable ride !
@@MrRangerZr1 I actually pulled the cover off completely and turned the van on. The LED is not shining at all. I'm not sure whether the LED can burn out if I just have a fuse or wiring issue.
My 12 ex-l doesn’t have these but I found the oem kit to install. Does the light come on when the doors are open or only when the headlights are on? Like the over head ambient light that shines down onto the center console?

Thanks for sharing. I just did this mod right after viewing your video. It’s a big improvement to the footwell lighting.
Thank's brotha! Just bought my wife a 2012 odyssey and I'm already on youtube looking for mods!! 😂😂😂
Same here! Just got my wife a 2012. Also on here looking for hacks 👍
Thanks for sharing! i did this mod right after i saw your video. i have a Canadian Touring Model and it was easy to do like you described.
My 2015 Touring has them, nice little upgrade
You are a STAR mate..
I spent all night waiting your videos.
👍🏻
10 minute free upgrade! Thank you.
My 2016 EX-L doesn't have it. Bummed.
Do you have a video o how they look after you modded them? I wanna go ahead with this but don't want it to look too bright
Its hard to get the real picture on camera. But its perfectly bright, not like cheesy bright after the mod.
Does not have the lights in EX-L. So bummed!
Oh man, that sucks! :(

VCMuzzler and rear air bags if you’ll have a full van or cargo in the rear. I’ll post a video on that. Stay tuned.
i need to know where the white end of the OEM cable (from amazon) goes into...?? anything will help-thanks
Search for the Honda instructions, some dealership websites have the instruction pdf under the listing product.
My 2011 Honda Odyssey EX
didn’t have these lights ... 😩
Yeah some models didn't have them...
2011 Touring has it, but the LED under the steering wheel is not shining. Can these LEDs burn out, or is it more likely that i have another issue?
That's how dim it is, do this trick and it'll brighten up.

@@kiganfive check the wire. if the other side is working, swap from passenger to drive side and see if it works
How about odyssey rb1 japan, is it same?
Check underneath the dash
Is there a way to order the wiring and light? I only have the cutouts
Yes check the link in the description
Does Honda Odyssey 2006 have these lights or no ?
No, unfortunately.
does a 2014 honda accord have this too?
Anthony Chappell i dont think so check
Were they dimmer? so you drilled holes? or no light at all?
Yes the cover blocks 98% of the light. It only shines a little bit of light. Drilling the cap is making the light shine through all the way.
Wth?! Why would the LEDs be covered from factory? Very nice.. Thanks
Some people do not like a light in the footwell area so thats why they cover it up so it barely shines through.
Oh I see, I think it looks good though
@@MrRangerZr1 Is it on all the time or only when doors are open?
Does anyone know what type of bulb it is? Can I replace it with a different color?
You can if you know electrical/soldering. It's LED.
😎👍👍👍
My 2014 tl has these but I never even knew because they're so dim
Anyone know if 2019 touring has this?
99% sure it does.
US models don’t have it. I have a 2014 EX and it wasn’t there.
I'm in the US and I have it on my 2017 TE. Some models don't come with it.
carlton mcbride - The mounts are there but no lights only on Touring & Elite Models.
Does the 2018 Odyssey has this footwell LED?
I believe so.

Comes on with the headlights. It's a nice touch, you should install it.
Where'd you get the OEM Kit?
