I'm currently in the process of writing my sales presentation. Way of the Wolf is exactly what helped me to make sense of the connection between subcommunications and purposeful sales. Love you Wolfie!
We were talking about Grant Cardon's answer. A lot of people were excited for when JB interviewed him, and Grant seemed defensive and really standing his ground on a few things that were holding the interview from progressing. Maybe he wasn't able to get much sleep the night before, who knows. Or maybe it's was just Grant being reflexively defensive.. Since he's so competitive.
1. Certainty comes with your experties - without your certainty, the prospect takes over the meeting 2. Ask smart questions and listen attentively - DO YOUR RESEARCH to your prospect
Gonna start selling PCs on the side soon, thanks for the amazing self-marketing tips! I've learned more from just this RUclips channel than all of my time in college business classes.
Excellent video on a topic that is often poorly-trained and understood. Rapport, as it pertains to persuasion/sales, has little, or nothing, to do with becoming chummy with someone. What it DOES have to do with is establishing a subconscious connection, or engagement with you, that then allows you to lead your client/customer into a new way of believing, feeling, and acting.
Listen to this guy. His advice helped me a ton last year in sales and at some point was one of the top producers. Might sound like bs that Jordan paid me to say but I swear to God lol thanks for the content, Jordan!
In my opinion, one of the most important thing in building selling rapports is trying to create rapports that don't appear like something false. Furthemore, i think that a strategic bridge to overcome this difficulty may be the certainty. Through certainty you could transfer to your customer the sensation that not only the product is good, but also you and the whole situation and the rapport between you and him/her.
This is the first video that I have watched and it is really useful. I am very grateful to you for your superb and inspiring videos. Keep it up! Peace, Freedom, Capitalism!
Only exception is if indeed you love - and not just like - the same stuff and are very knowledgeable in it. But yeah, you HAVE to get back to the real topic, or you're wasting time. BTW, it's crazy how tonality influences rapport building. Tonality on demand and looping really set the SLS above other sales methods. Not always as easy to teach as I thought though. Some people are indeed "tone deaf". Any advice for these guys and gals? I'm sure you've come across a lot. BTW my biggest issue with my sales team have been having them actually talking to a live person instead of voicemails! So many businesses today don't pick up their phones, I never expected that in all the home service type companies! Talk about lost sales for them.
Mike, you're not alone... However, that's a scarcity mindset. The best sales professionals can recognize techniques being used on them. As long as the conversation has genuine content, moving in the right direction... The techniques don't matter. The intention behind the technique is what counts (the best sales ppl do these techniques to learn more about their prospects concerns and worries with the goal of helping to solve them).
I feel it would be useful if you added a couple of mock scenarios on your video, because I still feel like after watching this video I lack the ability to effectively build raport while being an expert.
I don't know im I am a "born salesman", but I have never experienced the prospect taking control of the sale. They almost always answer my questions with broad explanations, and they shut up whenever I ask questions or explain something to them. If many salespeople experience prospects taking control of the sale, that must suck haha
Grunting and groaning are only going to ‘pozisson’ you as phony. A prospect worth calling is one who already has some interest in what you sell or represent. All you have to do is ask them questions that get them to reveal why they’re interested. They will automatically give you the rapport you’re trying to establish. Everyone’s favorite topic of conversation is himself, and the most evil person in the world can be thought of as a true friend if he asks the person about their interests.
Asking smart questions? It seems like you know from experience. The more you show you care, the better the rapport. I suppose that's true. It can be that way in reguard to tonality. Be sure to agree that we can learn new ways to rapport. Just so you guaranteeingly know, the option to show that you care through body language is a way out of other ways to show care. The idea is that it's an effective solution. It can only be important to those that care about rapport. Be sure to have the current advantage in understanding this all. It's not an option to lose control in a sale. Right?
As a buyer I confirm it. I pay 0% attention to clueless sellers even if they are the most charming people in the world. But I might be in a minority because the majority of people seem to be tricked.
This is not building rapport in sales, this is letting the person know you are an expert and systematically advancing that process forward. There's no way this applies to enterprise level technology sales when it comes to building rapport. Most of the people I deal with, most that is, are experts themselves, and I've been doing this for 10 years. They know the ins and outs of the solution, the question just boils down to how good of a job you're going to do and cost.
I think u have to think about what the prospects are looking for. If ur product can fix a problem the prospect is experiencing then use that as a basis to what type of questions to ask…
Those two cultures have gone to indigenous to separate my races. They are more likely kicking my indigenous out of my own ancestors countries and islands. You ain't family?.
I don't care if it is tai lopez or the natives. I want them to know what could of happened here?. And it is happeneing again. But this time it's with another race. Instead of the Turkish it's the African Americans. The same METHODS of the world war.
The man doesn't understand that all the people that his puppetly introducing me into my life. I have already went through the problems with them. That's what he doesnt understand?. He thinks it is a genetic attraction issues. Making all this stuff up in his mind. I have already been there why would I go back to that person?. You wonder how I got so far without them?.

Jordan, I love your channel.
I'm so glad I watched this
Sometimes I'm reluctant to share your videos because I don't want other people to have the same advantage

Beautiful video Jordan
Awesomeness delivered!!!
Thanks Jordan 😷
I did this last night....I went full into waste and they even said we are gonna be friends later and then no sale.... became a NON EXPERT
I just saw your movie! You should please upload a *reaction video* watching your own movie!
It is always easier to follow if there is a whiteboard. 😁🤝
2:37 Both Rapport and being percieved as an Expert must be done simultaneously. We do that by asking smart questions.
Very helpful
This is gold ❤
nice video of the mmms and ahhs & other unspoken rapport builders but would you go into examples of smart questions?
I feel it would be useful if you added a couple of mock scenarios on your video, because I still feel like after watching this video I lack the ability to effectively build raport while being an expert.
Great content Jordan, love these!
he´s the best.
Awesome Video, I like to thank you appreciate
great video
This is such good stuff.

so build rapport by asking smart questions? is that the main takeaway here?
Sir, big fan
Lol amazing that this has come up. Just the advice I need for work right now.

I love fish
You love fish 🐟
I got fish 🐠
Then explain to me why 99% of ads are about liking the product or the sellers behind it?
As a buyer I confirm it. I pay 0% attention to clueless sellers even if they are the most charming people in the world. But I might be in a minority because the majority of people seem to be tricked.
How do you get into sales that pay well? All entry level sales jobs seem garbage to me.
What fields will hire someone with zero experience specifically?
I'm from India 🇮🇳

Include mirrors and labels not just grunts and mhmms
Hey! I got fish!!
So what are the smart questions we ask?

Are you really not investing in cryptos? Come one man! You are the wolf! You need to be on top of your game right now
I GOT FISH!!!!
