      Really? Every sales man knows this since beginning. It was nothing new to the table. It was not genius at all it was just an exaggerated presentation of basic fundamentals, nothing more. I’m disappointed.

      @@josueherrera5049 Yeah he is a good explainer when it comes to break down basic salesman stuff but he is not genius. He said himself that he started selling very young as a little kid as an door to door sales man selling magazines. So that is why he succeeded in the sales world good. He had worked out he’s potential in selling and became successful. But he did scam a lot of people don’t forget that but that shouldn’t influence his competence as a salesman if you look it in the objective way.

      Bro I've learned when some one says I'm not interested do 2 no's and go. So let's say they say it the first time I'm not interested or I need to talk to my wife. Your rebuttal is to agree explain to them that you wouldn't be interested either if you didn't know how the product worked than explain the product again close with I wouldn't be selling a product or service that I don't believe would help you today.
      Learned alot when I sold insurance for allstate always agree with rebuttals and then you rebuttal back in a way where you understand where their coming from.
      I'm no expert but that alone increased not only the No's to maybes but the maybe to yes I'll buy. Although it they say no a second time don't bother again never nag a customer that's why I like the 2 now and a go

    • @MM3OG
      @MM3OG 2 года назад +3

      Also everyone uses the line "I need to talk to my husband or wife" always agree and say yes It's always important to speak with your spouse on an important decision. Figure out who makes the purchases wife or husband and let's say it's them rebuttal with you are the one makes the decisions speaking with your spouse may give you clarity and confidence that you may already have today by not only making a purchase that's great but at an affordable price right now. Just few examples that kinda helped me out sales is difficult you can always play with rebuttals like that but it's also a numbers game you aren't going to sale to everyone get used to the no's and you'll stop caring about rejection getting more yes's and finding those yes's instead of Luke warm interest

    • @MM3OG
      @MM3OG 2 года назад +2

      When it comes to rebuttals always go with the grain not against it and to close better always assume the sale always assume it I can't stress that enough. Don't give them room to say no once you rebuttal well close and assume the sale like saying I'm already setting up the product plan or whatever it is then follow up with would you like to pay with card or cash. You give them only 2 options on how to purchase without allowing them to say no I don't wanna buy anything yet.

When I hear someone admit openly in an interview that an individuals program is basically (or almost) the same as for a company, the case is not closed, but clear. If those companies still buy his programs, then his approach in the area of marketing must be fantastic. But as for selling, that guy was mumbling over an hour in an interview with a man who already had seen and done everything, went from top to bottom and despite everything that happened, came back from hell. From a sales approach I would pick JB over GC everyday. But hey everyone is entitled to his or her own opinion.
