Superboy is from earth prime so he’s actually stronger he is only superhero on his earth.. he’s technically THE superman but he met his alternate older self idolized him and become superboy later saved multiverse and then saw the dark worlds created where new heroes where about same as old villains killed when necessary fought each other bent the rules etc so he broke out of his small pocket dimension he sealed away to watch over it and wiped the floor with almost everyone there… basically he’s god like powerful the older he gets he is embodiment of power itself and to get the universe back to nermal he will kill everyone if he has to… so heroes inspire don’t kill and are pure and good… thus corrupting himself becomes a villain a long story line here… crazy overpowered dude…. Like two supermen and justice league lantern corp JSA multiple versions of supes and supergirl superboy alternative Batman whole flash family all at same time and he demolishes them… get beat a few times but only temporary they can’t kill him he’ll fo back to his original universe till he gets pulled back in…. And it’s complicated…. But he’s truly the powerhouse slvr age supes ain’t shit on a superboy prime especially when he gains an adult body short period of time

Those are the issues where it talks about the events being different in the new reality after the Crisis. Time Trapper creates a pocket universe to try and make it like Earth One.
