"i said hi" is wild
😅
the french in a nutshell
Yeah he was repeating himself, we say "je disais" in French meaning I was saying but if you translate it too quickly it can be said "I said"
@@wilco4183 He sounds English
🤣🤣🤣🤣
The way he said “which just screwed everything” so calmly and politely 😂
"I said hi" what more do you want? 😂
The description is far from clear here - where it is, for a start, and then you find that it's actually several different clips from different places, and that the first two are nothing at all to do with Ryanair at all
It's called clickbait. People click on videos about Ryanair bashing.
Maybe if enough people take the time to report those for the misleading text they use, YT will finally take steps to avoid this kind of abuse
“I said hi” “oh sorry” 💀💀💀
😃😂
😂
French manners, not saying "Bonjour" ("Hi") is considered very rude so he probably thought he was getting called out on that, but obviously the reason was that he didn't mention his call sign
Flying Air France, I would not like to hear a pilot saying 'it was a long day' before he even started'...
Who tells u he didn't start his day? Maybe it was his last flight on this day and he had done a few flights earlier already.
@@MS-gt6vh I meant 'before he even starts the flight I am on'.
This is how accidents are caused, Listern to ATC be ready to do the job properly.
Exactly. 👍
I never get how anyone understands all these transmissions, so distorted, muffled and poppy
Because they follow an expected pattern. So if you knew that someone would make a transmission that would include your name, a room in your home that you would go to, and the time you would be cleared to go….then it would make hearing those instructions much easier. So while you dont know the exact specifics of the instructions, you would know the order and format
Also, direct communications between pilots and ATC are usually clearer than what you hear with these liveatc receivers.
It sounds that way at first but after listening to it for some time you get used to it and can understand everything especially if you understand aviation.
Take off roll on a taxiway??? Holy cow those pilots didn’t have a clue what they were doing
so politely said, "they just screwed everything."
You get what you pay for both in the tickets you buy and the pilots the airlines hire.
Yes, it was an error in that they landed long, but these things happen, especially if a pilot is still gaining experience, and there was clearly no danger. I flew GA not jets, but have always had great experiences with Ryanair.
I'm amazed the Ryanair didn't say "you said expedite vacating and this was the closest exit from the runway", despite it being behind them.
That’s never going to be the quickest way. A 180 turn takes a lot more time than to just continue ahead. The closest doesn’t mean the quickest.
@@rtbrtb_dutchy4183 that would be why I said "despite". It was a joke about it being something stupid and illogical that Ryanair would say.
@@RollingThunder2020 yup, I rushed reading your comment. My bad.🤣🤣 I could delete my post, but then people wouldn’t understand what’s going on. So I’ll leave it up so people can have a laugh at my cost. 🤣🤣
@@rtbrtb_dutchy4183 all good!
@@rtbrtb_dutchy4183 As with all air travel, "it's important to remember that the nearest exit may be behind you" 😂
1:51 "it's not that ... severe" !!! Which means, no report.
Interesting, three for the price of one. Would love to know what had happened to Air France earlier in the shift, to end up so distracted.
More little buttons than brains.
You'd be a perfect fit in a Doctor's reception.
I want to fly Air France.
That AirFrance guy should change his name to Nigel and apply to BA for a job 😅
No reason for the ryanair to do a 180... could have exited at the end of rwy 28. crazy pilot decision without clearance to backtrack.
I've been a tech since 1980. In fact began with PeoplExpress in 1981. I've had to do taxi/ run-ups in the USA's most congested airports. Like JFK, EWR, LGA, DFW, MCO...ETC, .AND NEVER, EVER...SCREWED UP ! NEVER! This is childish dangerous sheep$hit! 😡
This is scary
Air France 76LH, CAN YOU BACK OFF THE MIKE A BIT!!??
Tower Tales knows to use Ryanair as click bait even to the extent to using a hashtag to make sure. As pathetic as the predictable tired comments
Micahel is that you?? There's a reason they're known as Shiteair...literally the worst airline in the UK & Ireland.
@@douts88 no they aren’t. There’s a choice for sure. But now you need to support your comment with facts and those facts need to include success in the form of growth, profitability, reliability and accessibility for millions of travelers. Good luck with that. And be mindful of not living in the past of yesteryear air travel, talking what is essentially public transport
@@medorajoe7542 Plus nobody has ever died as a result of flying with Ryanair. Not one. Ever.
That is an increasingly rare fact for a mature but still growing airline, particularly one that exclusively operates Boeing 737s.
It's true that no one has physically died on a Ryanair flight, but the experience makes your will to live a little less strong each time....
someone is tired.
why are these guys so utterly shite at getting the microphone distance right? there’s so much plosive distortion and it’s really not necessary.
So if their heading bug is set to 220 why are they taking off on a heading of 280?
What?
Turn left heading 180 after takeoff on runway 22L
@@soccerguy2433 AEROLANCE was cleared 22L (220) but was on a taxiway parallel to runway 28R (280). They should have been bugged for 220 and when they started down a different heading should have been able to recognize that.
@@2acrfirearms270they were given a heading after take off. They probably set that heading.
@@rtbrtb_dutchy4183 maybe 🤔 but one way keeps you from heading down the wrong runway or in their case taxiway and the other…… it’s still basic. They were told 22L (220) but lined up 60 degrees off.
I cannot ever read their english for gods sake
If cleaning doesn't help, see an ENT specialist. Their English was perfectly clear.
@@phillee2814No it wasn't. They quality of transmission is awful and they speak too fast. I too have difficulty understanding anything. If it wasn't for the subtitles I could barely understand a word.
@@CraigCanberra Well, the controller and pilots had no difficulty understanding what each other were saying, which is the only way we can judge the transmission quality as the receiver we are hearing this through is neither of those (which are the only ones which matter) and as for their speed, they aren't even close to being in the same league as the US controllers, particularly in the New York area, who seem to get up to speed in training by working as horseracing commentators or auctioneers, before being able to graduate to NY ATC facilities.
Ryan screwing the porch daily at leat there consitant of heavy lands and general rookie mistakes
Don't give ryanair numbers it's to confusing for them
Just another ignorant hater.
How money tyres to they go through
your grammar and spelling are crimes against humanity.
Did anyone notice that it was female pilots that screwed up? I get very uneasy when I board an aircraft and see a female pilot or hear one over the PA system.
go listen to to a few pilots explaining how a commercial aircraft cockpit workload is distributed before opening your mouth and embarrassing yourself.
You need to see a therapist.
Before Amelia Earheart the only pilots who crashed planes were male pilots.
Another day of top pilots from ryanair the learners of the sky like squeeze jet and you put your life in there hands no thank you give me my 6 wheel motor my dog any time
Learn to speak English
Get your facts straight - not one person has ever died as a result of flying with Ryanair. And their training and retraining systems are very robust, for both flight deck and cabin crew.
@@phillee2814 True best safety record in the whole industry. No fatalities since the company started in 1985.
So how many accidents have Ryanair been involved in???
Female Pilots... I say, really...
Apparently a female captain can multitask well enough to both land the plane and take care of comms, while the first officer maybe hangs around probably in the galley looking for scraps, which would be more like a male thing.
Interesting..................99.9999% of all fatal crashes are with male crew.
The one talking isn't the one driving. That's how it works
@@malahammer That's firstly not true(It'll be more like 80%) and doubly not true aviation. Even in the case of driving, it's mostly because men do the vast majority of mileage and out of hours driving. I used to work in Insurance. The gibberish you're parroting is just nonsense to justify charging men more for insurance.
Don't be a prick
Driver or pilot doesn't matter women! 😅😅
the one on the radio is not the one driving the plane in commercial aviation, pilot monitoring is handling the radio, and pilot flying is flying the plane. depending on the aircraft only the captain has the ability to steer on the ground so it's the probably even a man that's in that seat since 2 females in a cockpit are proportionally rather unlikely. sorry to burst your bubble.
