She's a screamer!
Today's video shows a phenomal departure (pun intended) from an Embraer Phenom 300. This was definitely the highlight of the day at Southend, I have one more video to come of a Flybe Embraer De-ice test. All in all just enjoy the scream from those PW500s!

As a Brazilian, I'm honored to see such a video. Just for information, the noise is heard even from the GPU, since there is no APU in both the Phenom 100 and the 300, which forces the pilots to be fast in the procedures before the engines spin. For safety, because the GPU cables are too close to the motor, the technical recommendation is: Start the engine 2, wait for GPU disconnection by the ground assistant, and, then, start the engine 1.

Being on the tarmac at an executive jet terminal is an experience second only to standing between the bow catapults or aft at the LSO's position during night-ops on the Teddy Roosevelt. Nothing like the smell of jet exhaust to make your heart race! YOWZA

My boss owns one and he Flys his own jet. He flew me from Dallas Texas Love Feild Airport to Denver Colorado in 1 hour an 30 minutes then I had to drive back in a big 350 HD work truck that took me 12hrs to get back to Dallas. Vehicles are cheaper in Colorado he saved 20K on that work truck.
There is no APU on that aircraft!

Just one wrong thing: the Phenom 300 is not APU equipped.
Oh really? I didn't know that, what made the noise before engine start then?
that's an engine, hence why the GPU was disconnected before the other one was started
+mebewale when engine 1 gets started we can use the power generated from it to start the engine 2
