I just installed this today with my wife and it took 6 hours. The rack assembly went fine. The backbone install requires some creativity to tape the washer between the inner upright and inside of the top where the rear bolts pass through the hard top. But what REALLY TOOK A LONG TIME are the feet on the bottom of the rack mounted to the unistruts. We had to put the rack onto the foot pads (which are mounted on the roof to the backbone, then adjust the rack back and forth until we got it centered. It's almost impossible to tighten the feet with an Allen key from underneath. Once we *thought* we had it centered, we couldn't get the keyed housing covers to lock because a big bolt was in the way. So we took it off again, laid it upside down and used a digital caliper to measure the distance from the outside edge of the rack to the edge of each foot. Once we figured out the exact measurement (something like 52.20 mm) we were able to tap the rack into place, tighten it all down, and install the key locks. Quadretec skipped the foot install, so does Rhino Rack. But I swear, that one part of it took almost 2 hours. It would have been VERY HELPFUL to include a procedure for getting the feet right. Since this is a Gladiator install, there's no variation from one Jeep to another. Please Quadretec, for the sake of your customers, don't leave this kind of thing in the dark for people to figure out. Other than that, the rack looks great and seems very sturdy.
The Rhino-Rack Backbone will not interfere with the Bestop Sunrider in any way. If you install a platform or other accessories on top, they may interfere with the operation of the Sunrider.

Great video. Whats the distance front to rear, center-center on the Backbone?
I love Rhino rack, they are the best
Do I need to remove my OEM sound panels to put the background system in?
Just more connections to take off if you want to drop the top ?
Only one (each side) extra fastener in the rollbar casting - uses the same T50 torx as the other roof fasteners.

Need to countersink where you apply the sealant…will be a much better seal and never leak
Can the best sun rider be used with this?

What's the DAP silicone part number you used?
DAP Dynaflex Ultra Black (DAP #18220)
What happened to the full install???
Not sure what you mean, this is a full install of the Backbone. Do you mean of the Pioneer Platform as well?
To pricey
Quadratec customer service sucks
