      You can use all semisweet or dark chocolate

    Hi, what is the ratio for Ganache you have taken?? It isn't 2:1 right? And for how long did you keep the cake in fridge before covering with Fondant?

      Yes 2:1 i put in the fridge overnight before i placed the fobdant

    Once we take out will the chocolate ganarish melt or sweat ??

      Hello no dear chocolate ganache is very stable under fondant. I used this for years.

      Kailangan po mas marami ang chocolate kaysa liquid po. Pede po 1 cup chocolate and 1 cup cream. Medyo matagal nyo lang i rest para mag settle yong chocolate.

      Hello yes you can put it in the fridge but you need to the cover theb cake with cling wrap then put it in the box To prevent from moisture. Thank you.

      Instead of covering with cling flim can we pack it in d cardboard cake box.
      Please guide I am making this cake for my sons bday on 7th October so I first crumble coat with whip cream and then do I put the layer of Gamache and then fo don't for direct crumble coat with whip cra and put fondant. Once I am don't with the fondant top and all. Do I put it in the box n store it in d fridge or just keep it in the ac room.
      And I use tylose powder right?

    Maam okay lang pa ilagay ang cake sa ref na may fondant na? Tapos kinaumagahan i aassemble? Kasi 2 tier gagawin ko. D po ba mag momoist yong fondant? Or ano po ba dapat gawin if na cover na ng fondanr yong cake

      Yes po pede nyo lagay basta balot nyo kuna cling wrap at box nyo bago nyo lagay sa ref.

      Hindi po. Rest nyo po muna ng 30 minutes after malabas sa ref yong cake tsake lagyan ng fondant. I brush nyo rin po ng sugar syrup konti lang para dumikit ang fondant

      Minsa po ginagamit ko swiss meringue buttercream pede rin po. Stable din po sya.

    should the cake with ganache be chilled before putting the fondant or it needs to be pulled out the fridge and leave it to room temp first before covering it with fondant?

      Hello yes you can ganache your cake ahead of time like i always did to my cakes. Just put in the box after you ganache. Then take it out in the fridge for 20 minutes brush with sugar syrup but not too much or shortening before you cover with fondant.

      Hindi na po kasi matutunaw po ang fondant pag nabasa. Pag mag buttercream kayo ref nyo muna overnight then kinabukasan nyo lagyan ng fondant.

      Nipisan nyo lang po paglagay ng syrup bago lagay ng fondant or better vegetable shortening lagay nyo para di mag moist.

      Yeah it's optinal. You can directly put the fondant. But i prefer to put syrup just to add flavor also.
