It reminds me the time when i got a pirate 6-in-1 compilation of PSX fps (It had Time To Kill, Total Meltdown, DooM/Final DooM, Tenka and HeXeN) and to save space, Time to Kill songs played on Total Meltdown. This song played on Hollywood Holocaust, Fusion Station and Movie Set (As far i remember) these were my favorite maps... Ahh good times...
Yes! I thought that this happened only with me. Guess they did that BC the games needed to fit the CD, so they got the OSTs out and moved in the smaller files. Also after the musics played, the game played most Duke Nukem's lines and quotes.

RIP Nspace and 3D realms
Both companies are still around,n-space develops games for nintendo handhelds and 3d realms is still publishing titles like the new shadow warrior game.
3D Realms is still alive, and has attempted to buy Duke Nukem off the shitty Gearbox Software twice, which they failed. But they ain't stopping.

The last level of the medieval levels was my favourite I think or last but one - at the end there was a gap in the ceiling, you dropped down and you ended up in a giant church there was a bright pink coloured light coming through massive painted glass church windows, and the music suited the very dark evil theme of those levels.

idk, it's been a good long while since I played this game.
A couple years ago, I did buy DN Total Meltdown on PS. I spent a lot of time playing that.
When my younger sister saw that I bought it, she just said "Why?!" (lol)

I remember when I got to the area you were talking about, I would turn off the music and just listen to what I assumed was a Church Choir singing.
Did you ever wonder what that was when you entered the Sanctuary?
@Nicksolo85 nope, I just remember quite well what that level was about, I miss this game and I hope they'll get a new developer to keep working on the newest most delayed one=/ I just hope whatever developer takes it on they keep the main people of 3d realms with them and of course the one who had the ideas for the soundtrack otherwise it won't feel like Duke Nukem.
