  • Hey walkies! I am back with another video. This time, I am taking you through the gritty yet exhilarating world of WET MARKETS IN HONG KONG. The tour starts at Bowrington Market in Wan Chai, a 2-block haven for fresh produce (fruits and vegetables) and cheap groceries and also featuring a beloved cooked food center. We then make our way to the even more crowded Bowrington street market, where you'll see residents buying ingredients for the night's dinner , including fresh meat, fish and live seafood (e.g., lobster, tiger prawns, fish, crabs). In the second part of the video, we walk along the high streets of Causeway Bay, including Tang Lung St., Russell St (Times Square) and Matheson St. Finally, we visit the famous Jardine's crescent market, a treasure trove of cheap clothing and everyday items. If you're looking for cheap yet fresh ingredients for cooking, then you MUST visit one of the many WET MARKETS in Hong Kong.

It's funny, having been born and raised in HK never in a million years would I have ever bought a shirt that says I love it. I mean, I did love it but that's just seemed like such a tourist thing to do. Now that I don't live there anymore I'd LOVE one lmao
