Cape Town is just a remarkable city in South Africa & across the African continent in 2022.Thanks you so much for this great video about Cape Town, South Africa 2022❤️❤️❤️❤️
I came to Cape Town on my honeymoon in 2021 and I'm planning to visit again next year with my wife and my daughter. Most mesmerizing city in the world. Love from Pakistan.
I live in Sydney, Australia (born in Cape Town) and am going back to Cape Town for the first time in over 10 years in October and this has been so helpful. Thank you!
I am Korean in Seoul and my best co-worker&friend is South African. I heard a lot about Cape town from him and this year I am going to visit there where his parents live in. First I will experience cable way 2:12! I got to know more about this city. Thank you for sharing this video!
As an ignorant American, I am a bit embarrassed to say the first thing that comes to mind when I hear South Africa is still "apartheid", so it was really cool to see this side of SA! Awesome video!
Eh, you're not ignorant, mate. Apartheid still exists...in the USA and the UK ( where I'm from) and many other countries too, no doubt. Sounds so weird to us these days when we think about it. South Africa wouldn't have been on my list of places to visit until I watched this video cos of their white history. But then look at ours! We invented slavery so we're all guilty by qualification. I'm white by the way. Guilty! After Indonesia and Japan again, Cape town it is...
USA is literally the worst place when it comes to racism . I’m black and I’ve never experienced direct racism in Capetown . Racism definitely exists but it’s not as bad As it was during apartheid and no where near the racism in USA . Also CPT is defs amazing for vacay .
As a Pakistani I fully support love respect and support South Africa and its beautiful people from Pakistan 🙂. Best regards from Pakistan 🙂. Best regards from Pakistan 🙂.
You've included everything that a tourist needs. Some additions from my side are Kirstenbosch Botanical gardens, Kalk Bay, Devil's Peak hike, Paragliding from Lion's head and Two Oceans Aquarium.
Just got back to the uk from a month long visit to SA INCLUDING 12 days in Cape Town this is my fourth visit to SA and I love it Stayed in table view stunning views capetonians are fantastic cannot wait to go back next year.
Guys .... I cried first few seconds into this!! The drone footage of the landscapes makes me long for my home nature fill big time ... you really know how to capture in a way where you get a real fill of a place ... defo can't wait for the next one 😍😍😍
Thanks guys. 🙏🏻 I’ve been lucky enough to visit Cape Town twice, in 2007 and 2009, and keep longing to return. You are right about it being the most beautiful city in the world for it’s scenic attractions and quite close inland attractions too. I visited two private game parks and you could feature them next time perhaps. African people are super friendly and, as long as you take sensible precautions, like you would anywhere in the world, there are very few places that will fill you with awe as Cape Town did for me. Maybe 2023 will be my year to come back. 🤗🙏🏻 Cheers.
Hout Bay is called by this name as the original Dutch settlers needed wood for building and found suitable forest here. The Dutch word for wood is HOUT hence the name .
I just back from Cape Town, before I departure I watched so many of ur guys video, its extremely helpful and I totally fall in love with this city, I have to come back here to say thank u sooooooo much, I already start plan next trip back to CT!! love u guys soooo much! pls keep going !!
Great production and Really well put together. Definitely very enticing and I'm really looking forward to visiting this beautiful region. Thanks from Australia 👍
Awesome footage and editing! Looks like you had so much fun. Visiting Cape Town this December for what will be my first vacation in 8 years. Still remember the fresh air, amazing fish, the cleanliness and beauty of Cape Town. Can't wait.
8:59 you can also drive further to the other end of houtbay harbour to Snoekies. thats where the locals buy the fish and chip for way cheaper . although the red bus doesnt go that way
The red bus stops at Mariners Wharf yes and you can walk to Snoekies, probably 5min walk. We did the red bus in 2021 and there was fish and chips from Snoekies included on the pass we had. Food was amazing 🤤but still prefer Mariners Wharf, better view and food is consistently 🤯
Beautiful indeed I thank God for the opportunity to visit this beautiful 😍 place and m yet to visit this aforementioned places especially where the penguins are
To be fair, the entire South Africa is mindblowing. Tropical to desert, mountains to plains. Capetown is a must, but the country is massive and so much to see....also cheapest in the World. I see Pretoria has recently been named cheapest City in the World. You can get lost travelling this country for decades. Truly an amazing place.
such a great video! Cape Town is my favorite city on the planet, and you all made me so happy and nostalgic with this video :) In addition to all you mentioned, I always recommend people try snorkeling with the seals in Hout Bay with Animal Ocean Seal Snorkeling. Such great people work there and the experience is incredible. And if the opportunity arises to go to Gansbaai to dive with Great Whites, one must also seize it!!
Mesmerizing!! I am visiting Capetown this August with my cousins and are excited about it. We were nervous at the start, but couple of your videos helped us to be sure about the city!! Cheers 🥂
Hie guys thanks for this short and precise and informative video i was in capetown 2 weeks ago and went through those routes you took its awesome keep it up may share with you some from Zimbabwe
Hi, Am sorry..i know this might not be the place, am just trying my luck. I am looking for job as a house help..I need a fresh start and I am willing to start there. Please help..
in the 1700s, political exiles, slaves and convicts were sent to the Cape by the Dutch from India, Sri Lanka, Malaysia and the Indonesian Archipelago. Although not technically correct, these individuals and their descendants became known as Cape Malays. Many of them eventually settled in the Bo Kaap. In the mid-twentieth century
When I went Emirates Business Class from Abu Dhabi to Cape Town it was so luxurious, however don’t think of falling asleep. I unfortunately fell asleep and I woke up before landing, which meant I couldn’t get enough of it. Hope it will be the same for you!

Awesome! Great you guys are showing us how beautiful South Africa is :) South Africans are also some of the friendliest people I ever meet.
I lived in Cape Town South Africa for 27 years … nothing like it… what a magic.. ❤
Looks a great place to call home.
I just love everything about Cape Town. Beautiful city indeed.
would have to agree.
I immigrated to Austria and this made me so emotional and got me missing Cape Town. Im already planning my holiday back home. 🙌
I had the opportunity to visit this town, I directly fell in love, it’s so beautiful❤️!!!
Yay! We think so too😍😍
I lived in Sea Point for 5 months! Make sure you paraglide if you are up for a serious adventure!
I've lived in Cape town since 2015 and still found this so useful. Bookmarked
Finally coming back to CapeTown in November for 2 weeks really can’t wait 30 years since I last visited ❤️
Oh man, you're going you love it.
As an ignorant American, I am a bit embarrassed to say the first thing that comes to mind when I hear South Africa is still "apartheid", so it was really cool to see this side of SA! Awesome video!
We have our ridiculous government to blame for our immense cultural ignorance of the rest of the world!
Yoo, you are 28 years behind! Come and visit (just a warning, you might never want to go back!)
Eh, you're not ignorant, mate. Apartheid still exists...in the USA and the UK ( where I'm from) and many other countries too, no doubt. Sounds so weird to us these days when we think about it. Tiny, you must not have travelled much. Most places have much worse racism than USA. Most racism these days in the US is directed at whites.
I'be just got back from Cape Town. They aren't wrong. Best place I've ever been to. Amazing city
As a Pakistani I fully support love respect and support South Africa and its beautiful people from Pakistan 🙂. Best regards from Pakistan 🙂. Best regards from Pakistan 🙂.
As a South Africa that lived in SA/CP for 6 years this brings back memories

Hi, from India....my one and only dream is visit Cape town... nothing else. ❤
Loved your video!
I went on the cable way for my bday it was amazing
Blue Peter Hotel mut definately be one of the places to visit at Blouberg Strand.
Thanks for the video.
I have been to Cape Town on 3 occasions. the first exactly 30 years ago, just 6 months after Nelson Mandela became the President.
I have never stopped telling friends to get down there and how amazing it is compared to anywhere else on earth I have travelled to.
The people are friendly, although there's over 350 years of division that will take a few more generations to heal old attitudes as is the case in many countries were under a colonial rule from a foreign power.
There is an issue with crime and when it happens to overseas tourists it makes headlines bigger than proportionally it does for example if it happens in Europe.
You have to be sensible and heed advice from locals again as with any place you visit and are unfamiliar with.
The cost of living in terms of food, drink, trips is surprisingly reasonable due to the low value of the Rand against the Pound Euro or US dollar.
Remember that when planning a visit you need to be aware that in the Southern Hemisphere the seasons are the opposite to the Northern Hemisphere.
So for the Spring and Summer in South Africa, you will find that the Autumn and Winter in the Northern Hemisphere are a good time to plan for typically warmer weather.
Stellenbosch which is part of the Wine region I can only describe as the blue print of the Garden of Eden. Seriously there are other areas of South Africa which are as beautiful but my personal favourite example is there.
If you like fish and seafood, you will think you have died and gone to Heaven, ask for recommendations at any seafood restaurant and don't be afraid to try something new, often species you may never of heard of. The Capetonians really know their stuff when it comes to culinary expertise. And the choices are so fresh, we're not talking about frozen processed fish fingers or preserved styles. If you like to eat fish, then you will be returning to the Cape more than once in your lifetime and end up boring your friends with stories and reasons they have to go and see for themselves, like I have done.
10:40 its true - its crazy how good/cheap the wine tastings are 😲
So cheap!😱
