I never understood why Mr.Miyagi just couldn't go apply at another apartment complex for a maintenance position if he was so depressed about losing his job.That way Daniel wouldn't have had to sign a lease to open up a Bonsai Tree Store he could've also just gotten a regular job somewhere to earn back the money he took out of his savings account to pay for his flight ticket to Okinowa.Cause that was really his mother's money he used that she saved up for him going to College.
