CSX Local Freight Switching in Wartrace, TN (L-OS)

After catching the CSX local picking up some cars from the WHOE, we see them shoving back to drop-off the outbound cars on the siding, and then dropping off some more cars for the WHOE, before heading north to run around their train on the main so that they can head back to Tullahoma.

Okay first, you shouldn't have to explain yourself to anyone, tell him to mind his business lol. Secondly, the delayed reaction of the crossing signal and the guy he narrowly cuts in front... wow... I thought trains can't proceed through a crossing that isn't "fully operational"?
