I really like Iron Valiant and the design, but I think a non-robot version of it would be amazing. The weapon they use, the mix of Gardevoir and Gallade styles... I really enjoy it. And the skirt part of the design for Iron Valiant would be good for Gallade, too!

It always seems like everyone hates on Rhyperior, but if you think about it, that orange is the protector item that evolved your Rhydon into Rhyperior. It’s why I’ve never had a a problem with Rhyperior being orange.

The reason rypherior has orange on him is because in certain games you have to give rydhon the protector item which are orange bricks and then trade him to evolve and that is why they are orange it's because it'd the bricks from the protector.
i'd fix Gallade's bulky hip by replacing it with Kusazuri (the steel skirt armor part in ancient Samurai Armor which protects the lower part of those wearing the armor), and maybe also go Vergil by turning the armblades into tsubas like Vergil's SDT and being able to pull out energy blades everytime he uses a slash-type move

So basically: Make it some variation of blue (probably closer to teal to set it apart a bit, this could also excuse making the shiny orange), remove the legs but keep the arms, keep the body chubby but make its tail longer, make its wings more feathery to match those on the pre-evolutions, add 2-3 pairs of wings instead of 1, and reimpliment the orbs in some way, possibly through putting them around parts of its body like that one Mario Galaxy 2 boss! Any suggestions?
@@KaiCyreus True... and in this context, orange isn't the way to go. If Rhyperior kept Rhydon's grey skin it would be an entirely different matter. Grey and orange is a good combination that really brings out the brightness of the protector's orange. But brown's just a darker shade of orange.

I actually came around to liking Gallade’s little belt thing bc it’s like when someone gets a long skirt or tunic out of the way for battle by rolling and tucking it up. It suggests a decision on Gallade’s part to distinguish itself from Gardevior.
Fun fact pokemon that look too cool in the design process either get features taken away and or goofier features added, this is to make pokemon more memorable
I honestly agree with the blue dragonite with small head wings, as a kid i always found it weird how it lost most if not all traits from it's pre-evolutions Also recolored Rhyperior looks a whole lot better, I did aswell, like the person from the thread, found the orange very out of place, specially since there was no sign of it in the previous evolutions and it just doesn't look good with that shade of grayish brown, the darker grayish brown looks a lot better.

I'm going to be honest, someone once drew Gallade with a short "skirt" like a hoplite/gladiator instead of the hips. It was a quality change.

I honestly agree with the blue dragonite with small head wings, as a kid i always found it weird how it lost most if not all traits from it's pre-evolutions
Also recolored Rhyperior looks a whole lot better, I did aswell, like the person from the thread, found the orange very out of place, specially since there was no sign of it in the previous evolutions and it just doesn't look good with that shade of grayish brown, the darker grayish brown looks a lot better.
The head wing things on Dragonite I'm surprised just how much that works, especially with making it look more similar.
