One thing I haven’t heard anyone talk about is the affect that the slimming of parallel counts and the ballooning of base will have on grading. Fewer cards to grade. This ultimately hurts PSA incrementally. Also, this is potentially good because it solves the scarcity problem. When you get a hit, you know it will be valuable because it’s more rare. And as a result, the excitement of a hit will go way UP.
I can see the Frank Thomas NNOF being a rare SSP in series 2. It’s be nice to see it as the card and not as an auto. Maybe do an auto version in update
Damn...Why did Buxton just catch a stray about being the worst player in dynasty. Arguably one of the most entertaining players to watch in the league and just got ranked as top 3 CF in the MLB right now. Scott doesn't know ball.
I’m hoping breakers will have a hard time with breaking series 1. Outside of the nationals, it’s not a good release. Maybe this will help with prices on flagship and flagship style releases moving forward. 2024 was ridiculous with wax prices. Breakers ripping anything and everything causing high box prices.
Oh come on! Not many WS winning teams boast 3 MVP's and I don't think any have had 3 MVP at the top of the lineup like the Dodgers did. The more players they sign, the more people will root against them - and rightly so. But Ohtani, Betts and Freeman are great players, and highly collectible.

He's a great player when healthy but his last few Dynasty Autos have sold on eBay for around $50. That's a tough pull when the boxes can be $700+.
