Most germans dont even know that ww2 was only possible because the soviet union agreed to attack poland from 2 sides. Please dont believe anything you see on tv or hear on the radio without fact checking it via neutral and reliable sources. This goes for everyone, not just russians. Also i recommend actually travelling to germany and just talking to people. Most really dont view the soviet union as evil because of what they did in ww2, but because of what happened in the gulags and later in the cold war

I'm a German fan and also one of my best friends is the niece of Christoph, so I had the opportunity to visit their concerts for free on many occasions on his invitation and also meet the band backstage. Regarding to the actual controversies, Till was very polite and nice every time, we talked a lot and he never made any disrespectful suggestions. Saying this with all modesty that I'm not the ugliest person he ever met.....He tried, I'm honest but when I told him I was happily married he was very respectful and didn't push any further. So f*ck everyone who tries to blame him for something, for God's sake, it couldn't happen this way.... Best wishes from Germany 🤟

It's the anti anthem when you look at the lyrics. A very nice conclusion of German patriotism, or the lack of it. It's hard to love a country that has created so much suffering, and it's hard to hate a country that has been so grand as well. We are essentially all bipolar 😂. But it's a nice development I wish more countries would have. It really makes nationalism obsolete, and creates a realistic picture of ones self.
