I mean, hot chocolate is commonly made with milk and mozzarella is just salty milk essentially so I understand how the flavors could work. I probably wouldn't try it, mainly because I don't like melted mozzarella (save for mozzarella sticks because that shit's bomb) but I get it
I would say don’t knock it until you try it! 😉 for me sometimes hot chocolate is too sweet or too rich and the cheese balances out those strong flavors
It is a weird combination dude or gal. Not everyone does this. I grew up on this so it's comfort food for me. But not everyone puts cheese in the there hot chocolate
If you don't feel like trying it that way, you can always eat it with arepa de queso. You would still be able to feel the combination in your mouth. Sweet and salty.
Well actually the cheese tastes more like melted cream in my opinion and the slight saltiness is balanced by the sweetness of sugar makes it even better..
We do this in puerto rico too. We dip all kinds of pastries in there as well
They don't only do this in Colombia other Latin countries do too. Yuuummy..maybe colombians invented it though
Where?
@@LoveHiena6755 in Cuba and Puerto Rico

It’s seems weird af mentally but I would still try it
