I love the google keep list app and my google tasks app on my phone. Particularly because I can set them as widgets on my phone AND make them appear on the home screen, so the first thing I see when picking up my phone are my task s/lists. Google tasks has the option to add sub-tasks to break the task down more, you can also add a date and time whenever you want if you need to organize it further. Doesn't solve the executive function issue, but it does help solve the remembering!
Working backwards helps a lot, especially with scheduling something.
Working backwards and asking yourself questions to get the thinking started.
True, starting at the end and working backwards can help with the overwhelm of a task depending on how large that task is and how much needs done.
Agreed when it comes to scheduling.
Love you Jeff, you help me understand my brain better
thank you for your kind works and support!

Great lived experience. Thanks for posting
I need to get back to this. I've used this in the past effectively.
Small tasking is what helps us move forward.
As always thank you.
You're welcome!
