Remembering Major Kapil Vinayak for his Supreme Sacrifice | 101 Regulars

On 20 July 2005, the terror group Hizbul Mujahideen planted a car bomb just outside Burnhall School in Srinagar. Major Vinayak displayed immense presence of mind and got the school gate closed immediately to ensure the safety of hundreds of students. However, the blast claimed the life of Major Vinayak but his sacrifice made sure that students were safe.
Today we remember him with sincere feelings.
