My uncle was shot dead in China war by his CO who had given wrong orders and my uncle wanted to report it to higher ups but later it was shown by army as suicide out of guilt for taking a wrong desicision by him. My father's ACR was spoiled by his CO because he stood by his NCO and CO was getting stuck in a negative situation result - he got stuck in his rank without promotion.The amount of corruption in forces is beyond imagination starting from supply depots to medicine purchase , canteen stores to everything and then it is stolen and sold in market and if one complains now a days they will post 10s of guards to harass you and restrict your movement in the name of security snd secrecy and to run their corrupt practices unhindered.

Yeah i have also observed that many young officers till Major leave the army after completing tenure of Major because of the hierarchical promotions in the Army as for the promotion you need to do chamchagiri and most officers don't want to that's why they leave and specially they are of Special Forces.
And many young officers have close relations with their jawans also, the best example you can see is Maj Vivek Jacob and there would be many more examples

इससे साबित होता है कि कुछ घुसपैठियों हमारे सेना के हेड पोस्ट पर थे। जिन्होंने युद्ध न जिताने का जिम्मा ले रखे थे ।इसलिए ईमानदार सेना को बाद में भी मुसीबत का सामना करना पड़ा।
जहा तक मैने भी इंटरव्यू सुने है उन सबसे एक बात तो साफ होती है को कारगिल में सबसे बड़ी गलती उपरी स्तर के अफसरों की थी और उन्होंने अपनी गलती छुपाने के लिए वो सब किया जो उन्हें सही लगा। इसी कारण 527 सैनिकों को जान गवानी पड़ी। ओर उससे भी बड़ी बात ये की उन अधिकारियों ने वापस कब्जा करने में भी जल्दबाजी करी थी ये में नही बहुत से इंटरव्यू में सेना से जुड़े हुए लोगो ने ही कही है।

What I can remember General Malik's son was not posted in war zone during Kargil war. Now he is a major general in army and commanding a crucial division.

Officers commanded had ordered to me to prepare offence reports under section 63 of Army Act, Regulations for the Army, more than 10,000/- of Jawans for a mistakes which could be overlook or avoid. Either This section should be deleted or should be make changes with specify mistake did by Jawans.

My uncle was shot dead in China war by his CO who had given wrong orders and my uncle wanted to report it to higher ups but later it was shown by army as suicide out of guilt for taking a wrong desicision by him.
My father's ACR was spoiled by his CO because he stood by his NCO and CO was getting stuck in a negative situation result - he got stuck in his rank without promotion.The amount of corruption in forces is beyond imagination starting from supply depots to medicine purchase , canteen stores to everything and then it is stolen and sold in market and if one complains now a days they will post 10s of guards to harass you and restrict your movement in the name of security snd secrecy and to run their corrupt practices unhindered.

Yeah i have also observed that many young officers till Major leave the army after completing tenure of Major because of the hierarchical promotions in the Army as for the promotion you need to do chamchagiri and most officers don't want to that's why they leave and specially they are of Special Forces.
And many young officers have close relations with their jawans also, the best example you can see is Maj Vivek Jacob and there would be many more examples

इससे साबित होता है कि कुछ घुसपैठियों हमारे सेना के हेड पोस्ट पर थे। जिन्होंने युद्ध न जिताने का जिम्मा ले रखे थे ।इसलिए ईमानदार सेना को बाद में भी मुसीबत का सामना करना पड़ा।
जहा तक मैने भी इंटरव्यू सुने है उन सबसे एक बात तो साफ होती है को कारगिल में सबसे बड़ी गलती उपरी स्तर के अफसरों की थी और उन्होंने अपनी गलती छुपाने के लिए वो सब किया जो उन्हें सही लगा। इसी कारण 527 सैनिकों को जान गवानी पड़ी। ओर उससे भी बड़ी बात ये की उन अधिकारियों ने वापस कब्जा करने में भी जल्दबाजी करी थी ये में नही बहुत से इंटरव्यू में सेना से जुड़े हुए लोगो ने ही कही है।
The situation is same in all Indian Govt. offices and PSUs. The problem is with society and national character and ultimately we as a nation will pay its price.

This should have been open knowledge but we are only hearing about some incompetent generals from the army 25 years after the war got over. Cases should be opened after these corrupt generals.

इ have served with Indian Army for more than 33 years as a General and Staff Duty Clerk. Officers commanded had ordered to me to prepare offence reports under section 63 of Army Act, Regulations for the Army, more than 10,000/- of Jawans for a mistakes which could be overlook or avoid. Either This section should be deleted or should be make changes with specify mistake did by Jawans.
