I'd say honest review, seems to align with descriptions by many conscripts in Estonia. We used those jaw breaking chocolate covered peanuts as candies, that you to not bite, until chocolate melts in mouth (wander if those designed as such).

They finally forbade these this year. New packs don't have them but you are supposed to toss them from the old packs. A trick we did was to throw them in the muesli so they'd melt extra chocolate in there

A lot of teeth have been broken by those chocolate balls. There is also a chocolate bar that is so hard that you can hammer nails into a wall.

You should use cold water for protein drinks. If you use hot water, the drink will get lumps.

I thought the food wasn't that bad, but this has been a reality check. The adventure food packs were quite alright, I feel quite sorry you had to have the chilli con carne though (it tastes fine, but what comes after you've eaten it is a bit difficult to deal with in the woods).

I mixed that whey protein with müsli, was very good. And that tissue folds up very big, 15x15cm

Tissue? Unless I missed a actual tissue he said that it wouldn't unfold anymore and also said that the pack thing it came in said Pad on it. They do obviously make(and probably put them in some of the rations) those large wet naps but that was just little pad like a alcohol swab pad!
Also where did you find a Estonia ration? Id love to get one eventually when I have some extra spending money

The moisture on everything is the oil coming from the halva bar. Every single Estonian Lightweight ration I've had has been like this. The seal on the halva bar must be faulty.

I love halvah. Was a staple part of my family's treat selection when I was growing up. Could only find it in a few stores; like Jewish delis and a few other Eastern European ethnic markets. I was born and raised outside of Philadelphia.

No, those wet naps are to clean your tablet, through what you are gona either be controlling a UGV, a drone or a unmanned tank, with what you are gona be neutralizing your enemy.

The energy gel probably tastes like crap so people don't try to over use them. And I bet the coffee and the vanilla stuff mixed together would taste a lot like cheap, gas station "cappachino" which is basically a blend of non dairy creamer, the worst instant coffee, flavors and suger.

The "vanilla stuff" is halva which in that version is likely mostly peanuts mixed with glucose syrup and vanilla. It's actually very much full of real ingredients, not fake BS.

I mean in his defense, we don't really ever see chocolate peanuts, 3 in 1 coffee, and pineapple flavored drinks. That's what he meant. Obviously each ration pretty much has all three of the basic versions of them (salted peanuts, freeze dried coffee plain, and like a lemon lime energy drink) just not these versions.
I'm pretty sure this is the first time seeing something pineapple flavored In a ration lol

Its possible to get if u contact someona who is in estonian military, usualy they carry ramen noodles and stuff like this with them and when they to theyre exercises then they dont eat mre-s so much because if u eat few days straight these mre-s then its very hard to go take a dump 😂😂😂😂😂

Taking a dump is no problem with chilli con carne. I don't know about the new ones but around 2008 version of this stuff caused some serious problems in field training. People were banned from sleeping in tents with others. Mornings in the outhouse (hole in the ground) line were hectic. More than one person grabbed a shovel and run for the woods because outhouse waiting line was not an option anymore.
