I hear you on waiting on retirement, I’m almost three months out with some PTO days and of course Holidays in there. I’m just so ready, I’m exhausted, 40 years in the corporate world is enough. I want to do part-time side hustles in retirement, but nothing close to a 9-5 corporate job. I’m organized also and I can’t wait to do a lot of reorganizing of my whole house when I have the time and energy. Full-time work takes up so much energy. Your videos are so fun, and you don’t yack! 😅

I can so relate to your anxiousness for retirement! Seemed like it was taking forever for me but I'm a month out with 3 days off in there. So happy about it! I love being home too and am looking forward to just putzing and getting better organized.

You seem much more relaxed and calm this week. Matter of fact I fell asleep listening to you so I had to go back and watch again . Almost Thanksgiving and then before you know it you will be retired. See you next week.

Lovely video! Took you on my walk to talk me thru. So happy for you about the upcoming retirement, 11.5 months here!! I am READY!! Liked the look of those casseroles, how’d they taste? Might have to screen print those recipes. Don’t feel bad that George had to clean, love seeing him in the videos, seems like a super nice guy. I’m blessed with a good one too 😊 but life is a partnership, you are still working full-time, he’s retired. I’m sure it’s evened out over the years. He’d probably agree. I always tell my hubby there’s nothing sexier than a man cleaning the toilet. 😂😂 He does do the bathrooms at our house, pitches in with laundry, does most of the grocery shopping & meat cooking, handles the outside & the car stuff, and honestly just pitches in wherever, whenever. Trying to make life nicer & easier for each other is the important thing.❤

Good Morning Sonya, George and family! I always enjoy your Saturday morning vlogs and look forward to seeing them. But today, the music struck me! I am up dancing and my husband came in and said, "Where is the 70's porn music coming from?" I said DO WHAT?? He said not that I would know! But the music was fantastic! Dancing around my kitchen with my spatula and coffee!! Thanks for the fun time. I live in upstate S.C. and our leaves are almost peek this week. See you next time :)

@@lanamichalski3208 We early voted and no one was in line at all. We just walked right up and right thru. It was on a week day and right around 5:15 pm.
Have you considered just ordering your mom‘s groceries and having them delivered to her?
Yes. We have to go by there anyway and get mail and do things so we stop at Publix and do a quick run. I think it would take me more time trying to pick it out on line. She’d end up with 3 banana bunches instead of 3 bananas etc. LOL But it is an option and we may use it sometime.

I found a similar one on Amazon. Search for “phone holder stand”. They have several. I love mine. I will be better at putting links in when I retire. I think I got this one at Ross. Just remembered that. But Amazon has it!
Why don't you do grocery pick-up or grocery delivery for both you and your mom? I have grocery delivery, and let me tell you, it's a game changer!
It would take me longer I think to order on the Internet. lol We kinda like going to the store and making selections. With Mom I have to get her mail anyway, and we usually take her lunch.
