I love how acrylics class up a box and display. It can make a mediocre box look great and most importantly, protects these things! Nice batch of stuff right here! Great video, Mike!
I kind of prefer Plastic cases in many cases. Cuts down on weight. Some things absolutely I lean heavy towards Acrylic though. Like MISB Vehicles etc. or Expensive Figbacks/MOCS. Awesome Videos. Special thanks to BF Displays & Accessories 😊❤
I have both soft and hard acrylic cases. I have Star Cases that I put my SW action figures w/autographs. I still need some of the hard cases for my TVC, BS, and other lines. Are there any for like Special Collection packs(comic 2 packs, Amazon exclusives, 2-5 packs, etc)? I didn't know you like the Beach Boys. They are my # 1 group, along with Toto, KISS, Van Halen, etc.
Hey Scott, Another Beach Boys fan, thats awesome. Its good to have a mix of Star Cases and Acrylic for your collection. I'm not sure if they have cases for comic 2 packs ect but be sure to check out the website! Thank you my friend!!!
Excellent and very comprehensive BF Displays & Accessories cases review video, Mike. Acrylic cases are definitely the way to go, to protect your loose, boxed and mint on card collectables. The only case that seemed too small, was the one for comic books. Backing boards for comic books and magazines should be bigger than the actual comic and magazine, providing a border surrounding it, so the comic book cases should take that into account.
Hey Kieron, I'm glad you got that from the comic book acrylic as I never mentioned what you just said but I showed it. Appreciate you checking out the video. Thank you my friend!!!
I'm a huge fan of acrylic cases for our collections & have spent a couple thousand so far getting cases for my vintage SW. While it is costly, I think it's a good investment in both protecting our items as well as upgrading how the items look on display. If I'm not mistaken, the BF Displays vintage SW acrylic cases not only have the full length rails for their MOCs, but also are slightly more compact (less wasted space on the edges) than the competition. It was great that BF Displays sent you this wonderful variety pack to showcase - I'm going to get an order in process with them to give them a test run of these for myself.
Hey Mopar McNeer, The acrylic case market is a booming business now and the competition is growing which us collectors benefit from. Glad to hear that your going to check out BF's Displays products. Thank you my friend!!!
I have a few cases from Iains displays here in 🇺🇸. Definitely showcase the figures better and I keep my high end MOCs in them. I’d have more but acrylic is expensive. I use MOC Masters for my other MOC figures. It is nice there’s so much variety in acrylic cases these days. You can get them for most anything and custom order cases too.
I use the star cases to protect my dearest figures. I once ordered an acrylic case for my die cast tie fighter. The case was expensive, but I had no protection and it is such a lovely tie fighter. Strange enough I once bought a bilingual darth vader tie fighter with a plastic case. Never saw such a case, but it is protected anyway 😉 Nice review Mike!
Hey Frank, I wonder if the large black series anniversary case would work with a carded diecast vehicle? Be interesting to find out. Thank you my friend!!!
Hi Mike, I think the depth of the BS cases isn't enough to fit SW vintage die cast vehicles. The BS ones have a depth of 57 mm. The bubbles of the die cast vehicles are pretty large.
Ohhh, these guys are at our local Collector Cons selling there product. I have bought some for my MOTU carded figs. I would fully recommend these. If you need extras and want us to pick any up for you Mike, let us know mate 😀👍
Hey Keep on Collecting, One of these days I am going to have to get myself to a collector con in your area. Appreciate you thinking of me. Thank you my friends!!!
Thanks for picking my all time favorite baseball player for the funko pop case! Great review Mike...those are some nice cases. Look forward to seeing you getting some TMNT so you can use that stand! 😁
Hey Matt, I was lucky enough to find him in a CHASE. I had to pick him up for the collection #yankees I also collect vintage cards and some day would love to find a Lou Gehrig sports card from his time in the game. Glad you enjoyed the video!
Hey Silent Jaz, I do have a small collection of MOTU. I should put them in a video someday. Congrats on your new purchase of acrylic cases! Thank you my friend!!!
Hello Mike thanks for sharing another unboxing video with us. I don't plan on keeping many of my figures in packaging but it's good to know the options available for those that do. The one that surprises me the most is the packaging for comic books. 🫢 Currently all of my comics are bagged, I don't believe most have boards packed with them either. Packed in a long comic storage box I bought years ago when I was actively collecting comics. I was collecting Transformers and GIJoe. Later I got the 4 pack Rise of the Supermen, after the death of Superman of course. And a few stray comics over the years. Been quite a while since I purchased my last comic. Thanks again Mike for putting this video together for us I appreciate it. I hope you and your family are doing well and enjoying your summer. Take care my friend, Tom 👍
Hey Tom, Appreciate you sharing your comic book collecting story. I know we are all action figure collectors but I'm sure many collectors would have a comic or two in there. Thank you my friend for the kind words!!!
Do these work on the newer figures? Like the Clone Wars Maul, New ROTJ Fett, Mando etc? Same thing with the gaming greats Starkiller? I want to get these but before I pull the trigger I wanted to know for sure

Hey GForce, I have to say I was surprised by that as well. All contents made it perfect! Thank you my friend!!!
