Oprah asked for Monique’s blessing to have her family on the Oprah show… Monique was touched by her bro. Monique was not ok and O said she wouldn’t have her family on. Then she DID have her family on anyway… that was the main story from Monique.

Can anyone in this feed think of another famous actor or actress that agreed with executive producers to perform wage free promotional work after the release of a movie? Perhaps, Mo'Nique is not or was not a member of the Actors Union, that part is missing with Mo'Nique he said she said drama which she captured in a taped conversation with Tyler Perry. One thing is certain in my personal opinion. I will not lose on second of sleep dreaming about an outcome. I will admit, it is interesting to follow and view high profile, wealth and powerful, Black entertainers unable to shake crabs in the barrel behaviors.

Yes actress Jennifer Lawrence did. She was paid $10.000 for an independent film she did called Winter's Bone in 2010. The film's total budget was just $2 million. She was nominated for an Oscar as well. She promoted the movie and was offered the hunger games franchise and soon became one of the highest paid actresses in Hollywood. Although she was only paid $500,000 for the first hunger games movie. In other words Monique and her daddy blew a bag. She wouldn't have had the kind of success Jennifer Lawrence had because Jennifer was young and white but still it was a dumb decision on their part

Having studied defamation as part of a law class, I can tell you it's not as easy to prove as people seem to think. You have to prove what was said is a lie and you were actually damaged by it. You can't simply sue someone for saying something about you that you don't like. Do you really believe Oprah and Tyler care about what Mo'Nique says? Or that their lives are being negatively impacted by it? Not everything someone says is actionable in a court of law just because you don't like it or it makes you look bad to some people. They might be able to sue given their status but what would be the point? Better to just ignore Mo'Nique and continue to allow her to ruin her own life and career.

The two sisters on the panel obviously haven't been paying attention. Monique has done full interviews telling the world what Tyler Perry and Oprah has done to her, so what are they talking about why is it the two women on the panel are being negative instead of being supportive. I think it's long overdue for people to come out and tell the truth about Oprah, Oprah this is not the first time she's done this she did this to Miss Vanzant too.
