Hi guys, I just want to let you know we have been reading your comments and thoughts and guys, I really don't know what to say. We are so deeply touched by some of your thoughts. It means so much to us that after the work that has gone into this to make it all happen, the response has been so overwhelmingly positive, and you guys are leaving such beautiful and interesting responses. We appreciate you all so much, and we hope we continue to make you proud.
Thanks Michael, Luke and Darcy... I'm actually trying not to thrash this album to hard like i did with the singles, but I got sucked in again tonight when i saw you released all the lyrics on your website, Just had to give it another full listen while reading along. Such awesome work! you guys should be proud in creating such amazing art. PEACE!
Had a thought guys, because you are an independent band and rely on our support, there's a bunch of us here "tech minded" geeks who would love to donate to your band directly. I recommend googling "metamask", create a wallet, and paste the Ethereum wallet address on your youtube channel, not only will the donations come pouring in, but you will future proof the donations as ethereum matures over time. You will be in control of the funds without any 3rd parties involved. Crypto will be a mainstream payment option by next year with news of pay-pal jumping on board. Think of all the audio equipment you could purchase in the future :) anyways...... just a thought.
@@mahaccount8737 thanks for the idea. We do have a donation option on our website. And have considered crypto donations for a while. I'll look into it over the coming month and see if it's an avenue we want to explore. Thanks for the support and for connecting with the album

It's like if Mastadon, Puscifer, Tool, and a shaman all went into the desert and had a DMT fueled orgy, and this is their illegitimate love child. I can see why it took so long to release this album. It's so much more mature in every way. I can hear a ton of different influences in it from electronica, to middle eastern, and I think I even heard a tiny bit of reggae funk in "Offer" if I'm not mistaken. Not to mention the visuals broke my brain. I had to re-learn how to write for this comment. Absolutely fantastic job guys! I will be sharing this everywhere
Aye legit for sure That "reggae funk" in "Offer" is just a bit of dub. Will check out some of those other bands. Puscifer are a fave of mine and used to listen to some Tool and A Perfect Circle. Not keen on the latest Puscifer album though Lucid Planet II is rocking!

These guys are so beyond what everyone else is doing these days. It's really something else. A new genre perhaps?

My wife and I are about to have our firstborn son born into this world. On the way to the hospital, this will be the album we listen to. The conversations within the lyrics will make our inevitable birthing journey that much more intense. It will be an album my wife and I carry with us forever as she will never forget it's timing to our son's birth. It's a truly magnificent piece of music as a whole and in my opinion, is the spiritual medicine I needed to re-realize the good to life. How could I not know about this masterpiece and this band? Totally in love, I'm just sitting here traveling away to the sound of this album. Phenomenal.
Since I'm a great fan of prog (Haken and Vulkan f.e.) but also really admire the quirky sounds typically used by the producer Tipper I melted in haunting extacy when listening to digital ritual for the first time!!! Thank you a lot for your creativity and courage when - instead of staying in the safe, consolidated confines of one genre - testing out your intuitions together!!!

I both love metal, and psychedelic music. A friend of mine just told me about your album and what a ride ! The blend is really great, i have some Sphongle or Astrix vibe in it with progressive metal and some neofolk elements. I'm hungry to discover your next work !

@Toxic Potato I mean I backed them on Patreon and have both their albums now. I also own Tool entire discography and have most songs completely memorized. I just don't see the resemblance. Not without Daniel their old vocalist. The most I've heard from that opinion is odd time signature resemblance which isn't much to go off of comparison.

I'm speechless, this album is more than fantastic, I don't know how to define it, it's wonderfully weird, there's something more than psychedelia or prog, something new that I've never experienced. Great job!!!
'Face the sun' is in my opinion the most elaborated song in this album. It has a mix of psychedelic and progressive metal that fixes so very well and brings you the chance of having a nice trip :D I can find elements of progressive metal that reminds me the kind of metal we can listen on 'Dream Theater' Nevertheless, this album is an unique piece and a fresh proyect that perfectly reflects what Lucid Planet has become to and what this band wants to transmit through its own music, not based in just one style. They are 'Lucid Planet', that's all
wow wow wow wow. This is art. Powerful and deep but also groovy and moving and emotional and inspiring. It makes me want to be a better person. To connect with the others who are hoping to do the same. Lets share this music out as far and wide as we can. This is a beautiful message that the world needs right now
Si es verdad que la presencia de Tool es muy notoria, pero en lo personal escucho bastante del Discipline de los todopoderosos King Crimson, la fusion con musica tribal y hasta con electronica es fenomenal.....gran viaje amigos
This album is unlike anything else I've heard. Typically bands which take as much inspiration from Tool as the first album clearly did don't move too far past emulating Tool, but the growth from the first album to this is explosive and these guys really have found a new and unique sound they can call their own. It draws inspiration from as wide of sources as electronic, space rock, and even reggae, which are among my favorite types of sound. Absolutely cannot wait for whatever is planned next. Whatever direction they take their music next, the only destination is the stars.
Not calling you guys 'Tool wannabes' btw. It's pretty obvious where you got your inspiration from in the first record, but I still like it and think it's a solid album on its own. But this new album absolutely dwarfs it in every respect, and I'm still not yet done digesting it

But this new album absolutely dwarfs it in every respect, and I'm still not yet done digesting it
This was a pleasure to read. We thank you so much for taking the time to write it and for your kind words. We definitely feel this was a big step in uncharted territory for us and we are stoked that it’s been received so well. These kind of comments make the work we’ve put into all of this so worthwhile. Thank you again, bigger and better things coming ❤

This album is a masterpiece. Thank you so much LP, you guys are amazing musicians and prog pioneers!
it’s finally here 😭
The synth breakdown in Zenith is unbelievably cool, reminds me of the breakdown in Rosetta Stoned. But like synth-ier
Just excellent and refreshing been waiting for this for so long . It's sad I can't see it live
50:44 snuck Yoda in there, huh?
Alv ese Progressive Psy Trance en la canción organic hard drive, no me lo esperaba. Este disco es puro progresivo en el sentido más amplio de la palabra.
Gracias por este regalo a la humanidad muchachos. Un abrazo desde México 🇲🇽
How have you not blown up yet? People are missing some really awesome music! Thanks for everything! :)
Listen from Spain 🤘🙏
i always come back to this album, its genuinely one of my favorites that i've ever listened to. you guys changed your style and completely NAILED it‼️
comparing you guys to tool all the time doesn't do this band any justice. this music is in a league of its own and is completely changing the game.
i cant wait for future music to come, im sure it'll be even better than this (somehow)
good shit
