Do your home work… The Airbus A380 is a very large wide-body airliner, developed and produced by Airbus. It is the world's largest passenger airliner and the only full-length double-deck jet airliner. Airbus studies started in 1988, and the project was announced in 1990 to challenge the dominance of the Boeing 747 in the long-haul market. The then-designated A3XX project was presented in 1994; Airbus launched the €9.5-billion ($10.7-billion) A380 programme on 19 December 2000. The first prototype was unveiled in Toulouse on 18 January 2005, with its first flight on 27 April 2005. It then obtained its type certificate from the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) and the US Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) on 12 December 2006.
The A-380's biggest / dumbest drawback is is that there is no provision for freight. Every successful air transport aircraft earns much of its income from mail and from other underfloor freight. Way more than can be earned from underfloor passengers.

It is important to point out that the only reason for this plane's weight is that it is so big: if it were smaller it would weigh less, but also if they made it less massive it would not be as big. Experts believe that this would affect its size. And vice versa.
The painting is on the wall. It is also important to note that the future is stark. There must be some consideration to the factors involved or else consequences may follow.
Why would anyone want a plane carrying over 1K people? If something happens and it goes down thats a massive tragedy. Imagine being the pilot with 1,000 lives in your hands every day. No thanks.
The A380 is an engineering and air travel marvel, but it is serving a market that doesn't exist any longer. When the 747 was the king of the skies, the airlines were using the "hub and spoke" system, where one large airplane could connect distant hubs while smaller airplanes shuffled local passengers into the "hubs". When Boeing developed the 787, it was a "hub buster" by serving the outlying cities point to point, bypassing the hubs and not requiring the airports to modify their facilities. Boeing saw the handwriting on the wall, Airbus did not.
What kind of drugs are you on? The A380 introduced in the 80’s? Getting comments is one thing, but developing a reputation for being clueless is another.
This video was probably "sponsored" by Boeing. Why not make a video about sub standard production and assembly of the current Boeing flying risk machines?
So what? There is no American commercial airliner that buy an Airbus 380, because the plane can't be fill quickly. And Airbus has already stopped the production of de A380, you can see it on their website.. Only 2 European airliners has Airbus 380 in their fleet (BA and Lufthansa). The A380 has an fuel consumption problem.
Whereas in reality the A380 is now actually enjoying something of a renaissance - a second wave of interest and buyers and about time as the flying public love them and for many good reasons
I went to Spain when I was about 7 on a Airbus A300-400 probably 1988 the plane was amazing it had three isles and TVs. Maybe this is what you tuber was thinking about.
In aviation, the 380 has reached its extreme; planes must not be bigger than this one. On the other hand, Boeing has many different models, and many of them have various issues and are also not perfect. There is a lot that needs to be done.
Much of the information in the is video is out to date. Almost from the outset it comes over as very biased against the A380,. Its an outstandingly great aircraft to fly in.
The engineers build aircraft it's the marketing guys who figure out whether or not the costs can be supported in the market place. If not then they need to specify what will and the engineers will design that. Probably the executives ego that push the mine is bigger agenda.
Okay the A380 is a commercial flop, but cats & kittens some passengers like its roominess, and not be treated like cattle on their way to market. 787 is no Dreamliner ,perfect for tight arsed airlines who want to pack in as many passengers in the back like said cows in an 18-wheeler for the lowest cost ,look at Sleazy Jet,s newer A320,s, flying cattle lorries (trucks). Now Einstein ,would you travel by road from New York to Los Angeles in a small Korean made car ,a Hyundai I-30, no !!! you take a,59 Caddy Eldorado, or a 62, Roller Phantom .
as usual americans like to beat their own drum(remember their campaign to stop Concorde) and there’s no mention of the high incidence of boeing built aircraft fatal crashes.
The only reason aircraft manufacturers build huge aircraft, is to maximize their 'Profits' on 'Passenger Miles'. The same applied to Boeing's 747's. Boeing's 707 and 727 Aircraft were excellent however the revenue they produced for the airline was much lower compared to the 'Big Pigs'. In the event of some catastrophic failure, the smaller lighter aircraft is far better to recover. The Required Landing Distances are also greater than the smaller aircraft. The notion that bigger is better, is stupid and false. Money, Money, Money is what dictates, never Safety or Performance !

This guy dose NOT know what he is talking about the a380 ended production because as time goes on new technologies and ways for fuel efficiency and low-cost maintenance are developed so more companies will go for those options this guy describes it as if maintenance costs are stupidly high per flight and you can’t expect it to use less fuel as other aircraft’s if it carries double the amount of people I feel that they can make a better version of it and might in future as some ideas have already been proposed but for carrying cargo they won’t focus on that much considering they have planes like the BelugaXL still in production and they are currently trying to produce a lightweight low-emissions plane with durable and sustainably sourced materials like bio-fibres so it doesn’t mean airbus is probably going to and and the a380 maybe coming back better in the seeable future

How can a A380 cost 20 billion where a new Naval carrier cost less?
It would seem they deliberately shot themselves in the foot and then bragged about it.
The plane came out in October of 2007
NAH, it said " 747 dream liner", not dream lifter. Plus; The 747 dream lifter isn't the only 747 variant that can haul cargo
So you are not for A380? So what do you want airplanes made by Boing? You must be kidding, right?

The A380 cargo configuration would be a very good idea, because of the vertical height that would allow to carry tall objects
