I find it hard to buy all of these conspiracy theories. Sometimes things are just what they are. Jeff could’ve done what he did to cover up the bigger picture, knowing he was the key to it. Not to say he was some selfless guy but I think he knew they had him dead to rights and the rest of his life was over and going to be rough. What I think will be very interesting to watch over the next 20 years or so is what happens to those two prison guards who plead guilty to falsifying the records of that night. They said they were just goofing off watching TV or some such, didn't do the cell checks and just written it up that they had. It's possible. If they spend the next 20-30 years of their lives doing menial minimum wage jobs or surviving on food stamps, I'd say their story is likely. However, if they just disappear, are found mysterious "Un-alive" with no witnesses, or if they mysteriously reappear under a new name living in a 5-star apartment in Dubai, then that will tell us something else.
