no alarm button hope if you get stuck you have a cell phone I always take my cell phone on elevators with me and that weird button that doesnt press was a button looks like it broke because you can see the ring around it that fan in there is noisy.
so have I did you ever ride the macys plaza elevator at king of prussia it doesnt dound right when it goes up. the glass elevator at monroville mall seen better days

great elevator man i have seen some old elevators from the 80s that looked like they seen better days glad to see they take care of this otis
