I bought it and return it. From my prospective it’s easier to just hook up your phone or iPad and could get same outcome. This device will just take over one of your power sources and end up with more wires around the dashboard.

Another top vid Lee! Would you put one of these in a mk3 MR2? Looks like the adhesive mount would fit well in front of the dash cubby. May be a bit high up? Would be grateful of some of your unique insight here being familiar with the roadster and these carpuride units. Maybe the w103 wider shape would be better?
Thanks for your video SpyderLEE. I bought one of these and have been having trouble finding out how to connect it to the Ford Audio Bluetooth. I notice on your unit you have an option that allows you to select "Transmit" and then you can select Bluetooth or FM. On mine it just says "FM Transmit" so I don't see an option to connect to the cars Bluetooth audio. Any ideas on what to do? Your video is super helpful setting all this stuff up.

Also having issues with the unit alerting and showing text messages through Carplay (Again going through SYNC instead). Is there a way to overcome that with the Carpuride model? Thanks in advance.
I have a transporter and I’m interested to know after having both this and a full atoto head unit which you prefer? Does the atoto S8 offer better quality sound over the OEM head unit for instance or would one of these via Aux be equivalent?

How do i get fm of the radio to the carpuride? When is set the carpuride at the same frequentie i dont hear anything. The car is set on aux output

I think it is only the new versions of Carpuride, that have dual bluetooth. The w103 pro and w901 both have dual Bluetooth,.

no but if you buy the bundle that comes with the remote, it'll work even in AUX

Just not had any time for those type of things. 😞 hopefully get a bit of order in my life soon and get back on things properly
A few downsides. 1)Easier to just use your phone. 2)This is blocking your view too much while driving. 3)Easy to steal.
