Are there any advantages to dry/infrared saunas compared to traditional steam saunas? Maybe you answered that in previous videos but I am new to the space and was wondering that in this video.
There are. Infrared heats the whole body, traditional heats from the top down. Infrared penetrates deeper into the tissue, which can be beneficial (for me, I have nerve damage in my arms). Simmland on RUclips has a good video on it.
Hey, have you ever tried a traditional dry sauna? Would be great to see a comparison with the Infrared. Most of the other comparison videos are not as honest as you.
💎Fantastic breakdown Katie 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
Always delivering high quality videos 💡✅
LOVE Katie's reviews!!
damn this video is so fuego 🔥
Awesome review! Thanks for covering the price spread of the models.
Really good info. Thanks!
Appreciate the reviews! With the higher end ones being so $$ you can almost get one of the outdoor barrel ones at a similar price point. Crazy.

Why would cover your body with a blanket in an infrared sauna? Don't you want the infrared rays to hit your skin?

did you test out any amazon heating pads
She notes early on that they’re crap. And I’ll add that they’re emf bombs. Hard pass.
