After being into power lifting for about 6 months now, almost every day (only rest when needed) I realize how strong you are. I´m a lightweight guy, around 148-150 lbs at 182 cm so just heavier than you I think, but haven´t reached these weights. Deadlift is somewhere over 3 plates. Squat is almost 2 1/2. You have me beaten solidly at deadlift and destroy my squat. Welp, onto another 6 months.

slow down with your reps. let the muscles feel the resistance. I'm unlucky when it comes to bulking up. I can get cut but no noticeable bulk. anyways keep up the good work
