2 вопроса есть: не слишком ли резко отрыв штанги на становой? И для чего так сильно назад прогибаться уже после поднятия веса?
Поясню: ребята от которых я технику перенимал (в квалификации их сомневаться не приходится) предостерегали и от первого и от второго как от потенциального источника трамв. Вот и хочу узнать твоё мнение =)
1. не резко, а мощно и на скорости
2. не прогибаться, а обтягиваться
3. кто те ребята, в чьей квалификации не приходится сомневаться? ;-)
