I srated following patanjali when I was very young and one very important reason why Patatanji started, which is not covered in this video is to boost the 'Swadeshi movement' and I belive Patanjali is doing that very well. All the foreign brands were taking over indian markets earlier, to which Patanjali gave a very good competition that too with very good quality products

The best thing is to read the labels of any product and lab reports whose summaries are easily available online. Personally, I have seen some of Patanjali products as really good but some are totally waste of money.

Hi my name is Pranjal and i wanna share my story. When i was like...14-15 year old my body gets paralyzed at any time for hours and hours. So i went patanjali and for 1 month i stay there. I agree i can't recover totally because still at the age of 17 i get paralyze while sleeping. But i am 90% recovered and this year on 25 may i am going again patanjali for 15 days.
Why is it a dark secret..? You should call it a strategy..! And as you mentioned between the lines - Ayurveda is actually effective..!

Class 4-5 tak mai colgate use karta tha aur cavities ka bohot bura time dekha maine.
Then I switched to patanjali toothpaste. And aaj 10 saal ho gaye, lekin mai bhool chuka hu ki daat dard kaisa hota hai. All thanks to dant kanti.
Maybe uska taste meri sweets ki habit ko bhi kam kiya ho.

My personal experience with Patanjali products is amazing. I had toothache issue for quite some time but since I have started using Dantkanti for last 5-6 years, I never visited Dentist again.

You missed one vary important advantage of Patanjali - which is restricting the flow of Money overseas. Whatever negatives are there, but the biggest positive from all other foriegn brands is that tbe Money is circulating within the country and not a penny goes outside and a profit / revnue. This hugely impact in GDP and other internal growth + Huge taxes to government.

When I buy toothpastes I look for two things on the ingredients on the packet:
1. SLS/SDS Sodium Lauryl (Dodecyl) Sulphate - Carcinogenic industrial detergent, foaming agent
2. Fluoride (Sodium MFP) - Sodium MonoFluoroPhospate, a Poisonous Halide ion.
Dant Kanti does indeed contain Fluoride!!! I was surprised. And that is the reason I don’t buy it. Can’t remember if it has the SLS in it or not. A lot of big companies in Europe and the states will tell you that now they don’t put sulphates in their products including shampoos and soaps etc. Swallowing Fluorides is reportable as poisoning and you are informed of this on toothpaste packaging in the USA and further advised to seek immediate medical attention!!!
A lot of people in the West now use charcoal tooth powder as a safe effective environmentally friendly substance. Does remember the Black Monkey 🐒Brand tooth powder that seemed so backward?
Dabur red paste is best in india.. but not all dabur products are best.. same goes with patanjali.. their some products are good no all... Don't buy products blindly on their brand...
Dabur and Humdard are the best brands when it comes to Ayurvedic products. Patanjali is nowhere near to them in terms of quality.

I haven't used a single Patanjali products in my home.I used different brands.I tried using Patanjali but I didn't feel good with these products..But I definitely use Yoga from Baba Ramdev which really helped me a lot.

Very well analyzed, I agree that not all products are good cause obviously you can't expect to get healthy eating maggi like noodles even if it Patanjali,m, but the good thing about Patanjali is they provide genuine ayuverdic products also to improve your overall health, plus it's lab tested and quality controlled and you can opt to buy the good ones. Oh ya and obviously as Indians we should be proud that a swadesi company is able to provide everything an international company does at a lower cost. The money spent on Patanjali mostly remains in India it doesn't flow out of the country.

Lab test is good if done by independent lab. Also the effectiveness should be tested on various ages and crowd. The Dr in the store are not 100% sure on the product will work or not. If the product is pure then something they don't know how to use or the other way round.

Aditya, dont let these comments put you down. They are supporting patanjali but missing out on your point of making video.
Guys he means that patanjali is selling products saying pure/herbal but actually their products are chemical based and equally harmful. Colgate etc apply business strategy too but patanjali is using our(hindu) traditional emotions (vedas, ayurveda) and selling not so different composition products.
Now we their are three ways for solution:
1) patanjali really makes products what it claims.
2) we switch and buy from any company who is actually selling herbal products (reasearch which is)
3) continue with patanjali but know its a normal FMCG product and not herbal/natural and contains less than 50% of ayurvedic ingredients.
Me n my family fell victim to this marketing strategy. When Patanjali came in the market we gladly bought so many products of Patanjali. Reality hit us when we consulted some doctors for an illness at home. Slowly we got to know about the adulteration in Patanjali products specially when we compared the ingredients of a Patanjali product to Dabur & Baidyanath. Patanjali is not at all organic or ayurvedic, moreover it is so expensive. Worst is PATANJALI HONEY, whoever had it once can easily tell that it heavily contains SUGAR.
In comparison, I would say Dabur is a much better product and healthy too. Also, Dabur is one of the oldest Indian FMCG giant.
We have to appreciate their hard work they give atleast 200000 jobs in india in direct form and indirectly it was 20x times more

Bhai, First things first:
1. It's not पतांजलि, it is पतंजलि
2. They never say that their products are Ayurvedic.
3. Being just 12th pass is never a constraint. Few people are god gifted. But just because they are Indians, the qualifications come into place. Talk about hipocrisy!
4. Have you ever been to the Welness Center? If yes, you couldn't be saying that they ask you to use ONLY Patanjali product. If no, then you should go there once and see for yourself how they "medicine-less-ly" treat patients.
I know of people who are working with Baba Ramdev and Acharya Balkrishna. These aquaintences of mine speak so highly about the brilliance and vision of the duo that even most corporates don't have. But, that's one thing which wouldn't fit your video's agenda.

their honey is so low quality, I kept it unused for 2 months and literally WATER and Mixed Honey Layer got separated.

Let me tell you, Honey is one of the few food items THAT HAS NO EXPIRY (companies have to just print a label cause of rules and thus they use it as BEST BEFORE) but reality is good and pure honey just has no expiry just like alcohol.
You can keep the honey stored for years and years and it will still be the same.

For example in Colgate toothpaste there are dozens of chemicals which make tooth white for sometime but it may harm teeth are also some chemical causes mouth ulcers
But in danth kaanthi toothpaste you just get calcium carbonate base which doesn't harm much

Well it's killing us, Ayurved and Unani licencing authority ne Patanjali ke life saving drugs ko ban kar diya hai because of their harmful effects on our body.
I don't think it's about fooling, it makes it sound negative when it's just a business. And I didn't even know there are centers for advice and ayurved medicine so if they are giving that then it's a plus. As for the FMCG point, it's more about customers not being active about their purchases. I never was pulled into it but I think their product will be either same as other company or slightly better in some domain. So what's the loss
